I placed an order last night after…
I placed an order last night after getting an email saying I had a 27% off code.
Placed the order only to find my discount was 10% after placing it. Beyond annoyed.
Emailed them on 3 emails asking for my order to be cancelled or the discount honored. They’ve not dispatched the order and they have yet to respond.
Now looking at their return policy and apparently they charge £9. lol.
I’m not happy. I ordered a pretty expensive bundle.

I’d give no stars if that was possible, so I ordered 2 bottles of a shampoo and conditioner, spent over £54 , for two items.
I was happy to do that! Until I realised it had been almost 2 weeks and everyone I look at the tracking it’s still being prepared, 2 bottles, nearly 14 days to prepare that!
So I email them as they very conveniently do not have a number to speak to a member of their “company “.
I ask where is the item ?
I get a reply saying you have been refunded we will send refund within so many working days.
I emailed again, why is it now cancelled and how come it took for me to ask where item was u til u randomly stated it’s cancelled without explanation?

It’s an insult and deliberate I believe, take into account the company runs with no number to make direct contact, and their messy emails leaves me to question their professionalism.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and customer support.

Faulty Product
I ordered a Redken product with no plastic seal so, I am unsure if it is used or not. The company advised I could only re-send if it’s faulty, which it is but I have not received a reply to me email. Thankfully, I paid by credit card and ordered goods costing over £100 so, I will be opening a dispute.
The company has received 2 emails and failed to respond to the second email. Therefore, I have registered a dispute with my credit card company and shall no longer engage in any communication regarding this matter.
It is unfortunate that this was my first purchase and it will be my last “buyers beware”!
The matter is with my credit card company, the goal posts are being moved for your convenience and unfortunately you cannot add new terms after the product has been purchased. Whether you agree or not under the consumer rights act, you have no proof that the product met the health and hygiene standards when the product was sent therefore, I am asserting the product was faulty and I am relying on the consumer rights act 2015. Therefore, my credit card company will refund the purchase as your agreement is not required.

Don’t be scared by reviews
Ordered on the 1st, received on the 10th. Products were shipped within the 3-5 business days stated on their FAQs. I was nervous after reading the reviews on here but I’m happy with everything I ordered. Takes longer than any other brand but worth it for the low prices!
great value, a little slow on despatch
Made an order Monday 29th Sept and received order confirmation.
Friday 3rd I received a dispatch email and today (Monday 6th) my order has arrived.
It’s longer dispatch time than most companies however the prices are lower than anyone I’ve found so I guess they probably have a high order volume to get through.
At the end of the day it’s shampoo and conditioner, not life and death so a little wait isn’t going to hurt anyone, I’ll be back

Okay, so I made an order and after that read the poor reviews which made me so sceptical whether they would arrive or not. I emailed them which are then had a prompt response to assure me that they were working on the customer service aspect of the business and that they would dispatch my order within the next three working days. I received my order which was a relief and I was so happy that they have arrived and that I can make this review. I would definitely use again the products are so cheap compared to High Street.
Takes ages to arrive
Takes ages to arrive. Takes ages for them to respond to an email. Give you £10 off your next order £40+ but only a voucher for a certain amount of time. The only thing I pay for every 6 months product wise is my shampoo and conditioner which I have already purchased so the £10 off my next order wasn’t a ‘wow Thankyou’ moment haha.
Ordered and was told 2-4 days from purchase and it took 2 weeks and I had to buy more shampoo and conditioner in the meantime to get me by until my products arrived.
Won’t be ordering from LTL again.
Will stick with Salon Services next time. They claim it was due to their supplier but going from the previous comments and experiences - this isn’t an isolated issue.
Won’t be returning. I also spend around £400 per year on redken products for my hair so they’ve lost a customer:

I had ordered a redken shampoo duo and a brush as it was very good prices. Once I ordered I checked the reviews and was very worried! However, my order was dispatched within 2 days and I received it all today. So from order it took 4 days to arrive, couldn’t fault them. Thank you!
Positive Order Experience
I ordered from LTL Shop prior to reading any reviews on Trust Pilot (which is not like me) so I was a little apprehensive if my order would turn up or not.

Positive experience but manage your expectations
So i have ordered twice from LTL within the last 3 weeks and thankfully I am one of the lucky customers who did receive their order. I hadn't read any reviews prior to ordering so I was anxious once I saw the reviews as I had ordered £130 worth of products! My first order took about 10 days to be shipped and this was only after I queried the whereabouts of my package. Customer service did respond to my shipping delay query quickly and actioned my request within the timeframe they gave.
Thankfully the items were shipped before I contemplated raising a chargeback with my bank. And when the items arrived, they were well packaged and sealed.
I received cashback/store credit with my first order so i decided to give them another go and got the Redken All Soft range bundle. This time i got a shipping update within 6 days of ordering which is an improvement.
I can only assume the delays are due to stock levels and/or high volume of orders. But I would suggest they update their delivery time frames on their website so customers can manage their expectations a bit better.
All in all, my experience ended up being positive so I am looking forward to receiving my 2nd order. I will probably order with them again as there's no other retailer on the market selling 1000ml Redken shampoo or conditioners for these prices. I would advise ordering with the mindset that it might take 2 weeks to arrive so you are not disappointed.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
The service at this salon is AWFUL to say the least. The stylist did nothing that I asked for and when I called her out on it she gaslit me with excuses. I immediately complained via email and have been ignored or hardly responded to for 3+ weeks now trying to get it repaired.
The salon is dirty and empty (makes sense) and none of the stylists care about anything at all really.
Do not recommend!!!

I have ordered from this Company at least three times and they are definitely legit. My past orders were always delivered promptly and I never had any missing items or complaints. The reason I’m deducting one star is because my latest order took a while to arrive. However, I do think they offer great value for money and I’d use them again.

I’ve ordered it from here before and received my order within a few days but this time I spent like £80 and 10 days later I’ve still not received my order. I’m getting an email back stating my order from February has been delivered and it’s not even that order communication is absolutely shocking. Don’t order from here. I’ll be contacting my bank to get a refund.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered some Redken conditioner and after 2wks, did not arrive. Emailed the address on the site, to be told this no longer exists and to contact another. To be fair, I received a reply instructing me to wait 3 days for despatch. Item still hasn’t been sent and they will not refund me- stating the order has been fulfilled and to carry on waiting. Terrible service. Would not use again.
Avoid this company – took my money, no product, no replies
Ordered #38082 on 31 Aug 2025 for £59. Money was taken immediately. I have emailed five times — only one vague reply, then complete silence. No product, no updates, no customer service.
Do not buy from this company. I’m contacting my bank for a refund and warning everyone.
