Dishonest seller – tried to scam me with a cheaper dial
I ordered a specific Rolex dial from The Luxury Goods Club through Chrono24, and they sent me a completely different (and much cheaper) one instead. When I contacted them about it, they didn’t take any responsibility — instead they tried to convince me with lines like “don’t you think this one looks nice?”
This was a clear attempt to deceive me and get away with sending a cheaper item than what I paid for. Only after a long discussion did they agree to send a return label, even though it was obviously their mistake from the start.
Buying from this seller was a huge disappointment. They act unprofessionally, try to manipulate the buyer, and show zero accountability. Be careful — if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Update:
This reply perfectly reflects the experience I had with this company. It’s a pity that I can’t upload screenshots here, as they would clearly show how things actually went.
Instead of taking responsibility, the seller keeps twisting the story to make themselves look better — exactly the same attitude I encountered during our communication. I’m glad other potential buyers can now see a more realistic picture of how this company operates, beyond all the overly polished reviews.
Wishing you success in handling future customers more transparently.
