Purchased a black chain necklace for my son for Christmas. It seemed like good quality so I was surprised when it broke in March. I contacted Metzi sending a photo not expecting much. They immediately responded and sent a new chain the same day. This is probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. My son loves the chain and the black design.

The product is top tier, with a nice shine and weight to it. You guys now have a forever client who will be showing off his nice black jewelery

The quality is great and and the black is really nice. The one I recieved was a little too small for what I was looking for, so I ordered a bigger one since I decided not to return it. Overall, I really love this piece of jewelry and would definitely recommend!

Got the rope chain and bar pendant necklace as gifts and they've been great. They look and feel fantastic for the price. Rope chain fell apart a month in, but the replacement process was quick and painless. Highly recommend.

I ordered a cross and chain for my son as a special gift. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one. I reached out to them and told them what had happened. Luke advised me that a refund would be best and then I could reorder what I wanted. I received the refund in less than 24hours and was able to order the one my son wanted it arrived this morning and it is beautiful, superb quality super fast delivery and fantastic customer service. Ordered a cuban chain but a mistake meant I received a braided chain instead, emailed the company and received a reply the same day was sent a pre paid returns label and the promise of the correct order being sent asap.
So helpful and apologetic I was so pleased. Very excited to receive the correct chain which judging by the braided chain I was sent will look absolutely awesome!
