The quality of the chain and ring and the bracelet are amazing!
Sadly the bracelet is far too small for my wrist but I can’t knock the quality of it.

The bracelet is hard to put by yourself. The tennis chain is very to open. If you guys make a longer tennis chain I will definitely purchase but claps need work. Besides that, great quality product 👌🏿

Came across the site via a FB add. Had to ask AI on the phone if the site was real and got the thumbs up. Got a discount with the 1st order, Im in the states and was very impressed on how fast it shipped and got delivered and was more impressed with the quality and look of the necklace and bracelet. I gave a less positive review previously due to my items not arriving and difficulty contacting the company. I understand it was the holidays and probably a busy time. Once I got in contact they acted immediately and sent out a new shipment which arrived. I bought a necklace a bracelet and earrings. I really love them all.

Stumbled across this website while looking for a strong chain for my Tomas Sabo crucifix.
The snake chain I ordered matches the cross beautifully and feels strong enough too.
There was a good selection well described and easy to order, the delivery despite being over the Xmas period arrived in just a few days.
The chain was well packaged in a bespoke envelope and a cool pouch.

Excellent service, fast delivery and great quality item. After researching this small business I decided to buy into their ethos and purchase a chain for my son for his birthday. He loved the chain. It was well packaged with care and very stylish. I love the other items they have and am likely to buy more in the future.

The jewelry is beautiful and customer service is responsive. I am giving a 3 star review because of shipping and tracking. I ordered on Dec. 10. It was shipped on Dec.13. Since I didn’t to pay an extra 10.00(?). I was told there was not a way for them to track it. This was a Christmas present and I received it Dec. 28th.

I’ve ordered from Metzi multiple times now and they’ve never missed. I’ve bought their 8mm Cuban bracelet twice, the 2mm snake bracelet, and now the 3mm snake bracelet, plus the 8mm Cuban necklace and the braid necklace. The necklaces haven’t come off since March, daily wear, daily showers, workouts included; zero issues.

The quality is spot on, weight feels right, finishes are clean, and everything still looks brand new despite constant use. It says a lot when I keep reordering the same pieces instead of trying something else.

Customer service is genuinely some of the best out there, especially for a small company handling ads, products, and worldwide orders. Thanks again for another flawless order, Luke and Alex — I’ll 100% be back.

Got the bracelet & necklace as a gift from the wife, Love them!!

Absolute trash. After waiting 4 weeks to get my bracelet, I had to cut it off my wrist as the clasp stuck.
