Ordered from the first time and delivery was quick and easy. On arrival I loved the pieces but ordered the wrong sizes for myself. The replacement process was easy and helpful and when I took over a month to return them, it was no issue for them. I have them right sizes now and couldn’t be happier!

Had necklaces over a year now. Showering and hot tub holidays, never take it off and it’s perfect!

I love their products and don't care that they're marketed for the male market. I'm a girly girl who likes pretty things. Especially pretty little black things. Everything is extremely well made. From everything I bought with my first purchase the bracelet and the pendant instantly became part of my daily wear, the rings were a little large on my fingers but it’s due to being a US size 9 which is not offered, but with inserts I have made the rings fit which they too I wear whenever I go out.

I eagerly await my next order because there were some items that were out of stock when I first purchased and I know I will be buying again in the future just due to how well the quality of everything is.

I absolutely love the jewelry and have not been able to find any black jewelry as good as metzi the only problem that I have is where the links touch each other is starting to wear and I am starting to see a bit of the material underneath but it is not visible when I wear the chain, but overall an amazing experience with metzi

Nice bracelet. I loved it all of 2 days because I had it on while working. I work in the warehouse. Not cool to work with but cool to go out with. It opened when me I was wearing it and it got lost. Maybe I’ll buy another one soon. Might buy the 3mm and the 5mm next time just because I lost the 5mm. Let’s see.
