Wow what can I say about Kim that’s works in the Livingston store took my daughter and her cousin in for there 1st high school perfume and the help Kim gave them was amazing she went up and beyond for them they where so chuffed with there choice thanks again Kim

We loved the staff i would recommend this to everyone i know. The staff were helpful and respectful and Aleah was so kind aurora was very respectful to my mother would always come backkkk.

I visited The Perfume Shop in Livingston (Store 109) and wanted to recognise two members of staff who made my experience exceptional firstly, Aurora, who served me on this visit, couldn't have been more helpful she was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, I never felt rushed, even though all the other shops had already closed she stayed patient, smiling throughout, and made the whole experience enjoyable i also recognised another member of staff, Fin, who helped me on a previous visit back in May she was equally fantastic, with excellent knowledge of fragrances and the same warm, welcoming attitude together, Aurora and Fin make a brilliant team, in a time when great customer service can be hard to find, they both went above and beyond, there professionalism, product knowledge and genuine care for customers really stood out i sincerely hope The Perfume Shop knows what an asset these two are, because they are a huge credit to the company, they made what could have been a simple shopping trip a genuinely memorable experience

Aleeha was fantastic, polite, attentive and caring. She guided me through all the different choices, recommended different perfumes and even gift wrapped my choice. What a service! As a senior manager i recognise true passion, she's a keeper! Store Livingston Centre.
