I was greeted in a friendly manner when I entered the store and the assistant - Fin - was very helpful and polite at ll times. I was also advised of the recycling service for empty perfume bottles.

Excellent Customer Service.
Always shop in the Perfume Shop as staff are lovely and you always get a good deal. A few days ago I went in with my son and Kim helped us. She was so lovely to us. Not pushy at all like in other places and came across as very genuine. Was like being served by a friend. She is a credit to the company.

If I could give 10 stars I would, I left the shop hours ago and I’m still talking to my partner about how amazing the lady who served us was.
