Initial communication was helpful and easy to place order. The time in production was a week longer than indicated, following transport with StarTrack took over one week to arrive. More communication during production would have been helpful. Overall product is good quality and will continue to partner on future products

Service was great, the process was easy and the product looks great.

The staff were amazing, they assisted with all my questions, made multiple amendments to my multiple designs and each product turned out fantastic. The delivery was quick. I will be using them again.

I required a challenge coin to present at a global conference next year to key Executive appointments. No task was too difficult from the Pin Factory design team in getting a leading military design from the concept phase to the final product. The attention to detail was phenomenal, something I have not seen with other military challenge coins. The hard enamel finish provided an authentic military award medal aesthetic, ideal for above and beyond service awards. The coins turned out better than the online generated design. 10/10 Pin Factory....

If i knew everything was done in china - that they don't check the quality :say we have ppl everywhere" the wording assumes they are checking the quality locally in australia - not in china where its getting made - off 130 patches and 200 stickers they made $600aud profit. called them do not give a stuff - go china direct yourself save $$$$$$

The pin quality of our Anzac Day pins was excellent and I enjoyed wearing it on the day. The design held fast to my dress lapel easily.

I did not receive the amount of pins I ordered :-(

UPDATE: after the below information posted (which was a Customer Satisfaction link sent by The Pin Factory to me) - they contacted me immediately, and apologized for the issue experience. The Pin Factory then sent replacement for all the faulty pins (offered to replace the entire order). It's easy to provide good service when all goes to plan. The follow up and response to my issue was First Class. Changing my review by Update from 2 Stars to 5 Stars
Hi. The lapel-pins purchased looked great. However more than half had bent pins on the back, to the point of being unusable. The securing collars will not grip. Some we tried to straighten, snapped the pin off at the base. We ordered many more than we needed for our staff who attend trade shows, thinking we could gift them. We barely managed enough for our staff. Due to the low value ($) of the order, I didn't take time to contact supplier to chase a resolution. Thank you for sending the Feedback email. I purchased two Australian flag pin badges and it would seem the pins which secure the badge to the shirt/tie or jacket are positioned too low. Consequently the weight of the badge makes it turn positioning the flag upside down.

Online ordering was a breeze; super fast delivery; and the product we ordered (Pride Unity pins) were high quality and beautifully made.

Pins came quickly and quality was fine

I bought two pins several weeks ago: The Ukraine Flag and the Israel Flag. They cost approx $5 for the two (very reasonable) but the postage was approx. $15..!
Total weight was only several grams..!
When they arrived the images were perfect, without blemish, however the pin and pin on the Ukraine badge was bent almost horizontal and the pin-lock looked as though it had been crushed and didn't work at all..!
I brought this to the attention of the Pin Factory almost straight away, requesting a replacement.
The Pin Factory have not responded and neither have I received a replacement pin.
I would like to offer a higher score than I have, but under the circumstances I can't.
