Terrible experience Made the problem a thousand times worse. Left us with water flooding down the stairs, ceiling in bedroom all water damaged and took no responsibility for sorting the mess they created They are not registered on gas register and haven’t a clue what they are doing. The 5 star reviews must be from themselves as in no way would I recommend them to touch anything. There is no guarantee as they state they take your money and run and don’t even reply to your complaints. Gas board then wanted £1650.00 to rectify the work they had done - moved the dirt from radiators and blocked the hot water emergency overflow
and walked away.

Jay is a good guy, he trained me for 8 months on how to properly power flush heating systems back in 2009-2010. He explained it to me all and the winter after I had my own business and my incomes went 20 times higher. I completed over 7k power flush successfully and im more expensive then him. my brother the same and 2 brother in law, also wife. I trained them all in return and they are all doing very well, each has his own company and our google reviews are between 4.8 and 5 stars. In here you can phone them and if the client doesn't have proof they remove any bad review but no way on Google. So don't trust what's written in any reviews websites not to name, but the ones on Google and Google and Google..only those 3 😁 are genuine. Thanks again Jay, you saved my life and the life of my siblings. We all used to work in a car wash and got no skills. We are now bosses mashallah tabaraka Allah.

Avoid this guy. Despite the front and talk, this is a one-man company based in Wales, despite his site saying he is in London!

He is doing this business illegally because he does not have the required qualifications and is not CORGI registered. Do not let yourself be scammed.

In my case, I had all the radiators working apart from a couple at the back of the house that were not heating as much as they should.

He did his "power flush" and then left and I was left with no heating at all now. After a night of cold in the house, I had to call British Gas after him. British Gas confirmed that this guy did not know what he was doing.

Not only that, but he overcharged me and said that the original quote was wrong to which I did not agree but was still overcharged.

AVOID, if he could do anything good for you, that would be only by chance, he does not understand 100% what he is doing as he is not a registered engineer, just a cowboy tradesman.

Had a Worcester boiler install from Mikeeal at power flush company,very next day leaks and pressure issues.
Images were sent & engineer Mikeeal asked me fix to them as he didn’t want to travel.
He refuses to take responsibility!
I’ve just has a gas safety inspection and it has failed due to the wrong diameter carbon monoxide pipe being fitted.
I’ve also asked Mikeeal for his gas safety resister number several times which he won’t give me.This makes me think he’s not gas safety certified which makes him unqualified to carry out such essential work.
I have got all communication from enquiry to present day of my experience with this company.
The gas safety report clearly states ‘discharge pipe not correctly installed’
‘Should be 32mm pipe on outside wall’
What’s a pipe outside got to do with a cooker hob!
Mikeeal clearly installed the boiler with the incorrect pipe and won’t take responsibility & I need to pay for that! Mikeeal is a rouge trader.
This guy is dodgy so spend the extra cash as he’s a proper cowboy hence the price.

The above is based on the fact you were due to come 12/1/23 to bleed and rebalanced the radiators and you did not turn up or contact me
Funny how the plumber who came out three weeks ago, 2.5 months since you "flushed"the system said the pipes are magnetic which they would not be if they had been cleaned!
Two visits you didn't turn up for the third.

We didn’t have heating and hot water for like a week. We were waiting for our plumbers but they didn’t show up. So we had to call the power flush company to come and sort out the system. Excellent power flush to my radiators, underfloor heating system and new heating system installation. Thank you so much guys for your hard work and for staying late to get it done.
