SCAM! I CAN’T WITHDRAW MY PAYOUT FROM MY FUNDED ACCOUNT.
It’s been 3 months since I requested my payout from my funded account.
I asked the prop trading about the payout issue for many times and they’re not willing to help.
When I asked in the online help desk about the payout, the helpers always asked me to send email to the other department but no one ever replied me.
I have kept all the chat records.
THEY EVEN SENT ME THE PAYOUT CERTIFICATE BUT THEY NEVEN PAID ME!
Don’t trust this company. It’s a Scam.
Update at 2/12-2022:
Yes you said you have recalled the payment but you have never proceed for the payout and never update the progress.
As the bank NAB replied me. If the payment fail, the payment sender CAN recall the payment and resend the fund.
But you have never proceed the process.
That means your company withhold my payout and never intend to pay.

I have been funded 2 200k accounts and just had the worst experience
I had 2 200k accounts with TPT. Lets call them A and B. However, in order to merge them, I was advised not to trade one of the accounts by the support team so I could do the merge on the anniversary date.
This is the chat I had with Caio on September:

"Just received an inactivity notice for two funded accounts which i have not traded becaused i am waiting to merge."
I was worried because that was the same situation I was in. I then proceeded to the support team again to clarify the situation.

05:21 AM | Nivia Gonçalves: I didn't receive a message like this, however, I've not traded account B since it was issued and I'll wait until I receive my refund on account A on November 14, so I'm allowed to merge the news accounts together after that.

05:23 AM | Nivia Gonçalves: Caio was the one who explained that I should not trade the account
05:25 AM | Assis from The Prop Trading: Don't worry, when a funded account doesn't have any trades for 30 days it is temporarily deactivated, but to reactivate it just let us know.

Please note that, at that time I had the conversation with Assis, my account was still active. He said that IF EVENTUALLY, my account got deactivated, I should just ask the team and they would activate it for me again.
My account B got deactivated eventually, and I wasn't worried at all. Kept trading account A waiting for the anniversary to merge them.
Unfortunately, I lost account A (max loss reached) 2 days ago. So yesterday I sent a message to the team asking for my account B to be reactivated and got the following response from Faruk:

Thanks for waiting.
Unfortunately, our team checked and account B will not be reactivated.
Feel free to reach us out in case you need further assistance. Cheers!
"

I sent an email to the support asking for my case to be reviewed and got no response back. I talked to 3 agents from the support team already and none could help me.
This is unacceptable. I'm being harmed for simply following the instructions given me by the team.
I'm very careful with how I do everything with TPT, this is why I saved all my conversations with the team. I was once denied a payment because I traded 2 accounts at the same time and, WITH NO PRIOR WARNING, they said that I would be eligible for payment ONLY IF THE ACCUMULATIVE profit/loss was positive between the accounts. This is something I never saw in the industry and many people got harmed because we had no prior warning before this rule became valid. Still, I couldn't do anything about it and just moved on.
Now the case is: I need to have my account reactivated. I'm not asking for a favour, I'm asking for the firm to keep the words given by the support team to a client. Instructions given by more than one person by the support team!

They are not following their own faq guidelines
For my account, I was in profit but didn't reach my profit target within 30 days so I was sent a free reset. I was unable to reach the profit target again while still being in profit, so I was expecting to receive 1 more free reset. However, after chatting with customer support, they denied it because they said I'm on a reset account.
I told them that according to their own faq, I should be able to receive 2 resets as long as I didn't violate any rules and am in profit.
Their faq states, "After completing 30 calendar days, if your account equity is not below the initial balance and you have not violated the rules, you may be entitled to 2 Evaluation retries after the first attempt free of charge. If your account meets the criteria, you will automatically receive an email with Retry login details after the 30 calendar days."
I tried explaining this to them, but they still refuse to send me the second reset!
