If you are looking for a new prop trading firm so far I can highly recommend TPT. They have made some good changes with no minimum lot sizes, they offer 400k account sizes and have 1:100 leverage on indices. No minimum trading days for the evaluation as well. Potential to be one of the better firms out there!! I am yet require any customer service or receive a payout so i am unable to comment on these.

TPT DENIED PAYOUTS
Hi!
Im here to express my relationship with The Prop Trading Company.
After passing the 400k challenge phase as well as verification stages trading the exact same way as i do now i have been denied 2 consecutives payout.
Without ever beaching any of their rules or Max Drawdowns levels during the month of October i should have had an payout of around 72k$. Payout that they denied paying me because the state that traded the news and that the couldn't replicate the same. ALTHOUGH they have on their FAQ that they allow News trading and i never broke any of their rules. Even tho i made 50k trading news i still had round 22k of manual trades that the DENIED paying me! I tried contacting support multiple times but they simply dont reply to me anymore.
A month goes by and i reach the date to request a payout for the month of November and guess what? A Payout of $14,823.37 Denied once Again WITHOUT BREAKING ANY RULES. Everything was followed as they have on the Rules & FAQ.
Support takes ages to reply, when they do.
I'd like to get this solved and payed what i have earned without never breaking any rules. Otherwise i'll go public and legal.
EDIT1: Just got banned from their Discord Server for stating the truth without using bad language or something. Looks like they are trying to silence me.
Edit2: i did not use any of the previous strategy this month. And you yet again denied paying me. Even what i made purely trading manual.
From your website: 'You are welcome to trade news releases' You guys said that, not me. Why even allowed it if you cant make sure your execution is made on time. If you removed the filters from your MT5 servers it would be less artificial conditions.
Until you guys find a valid reason i still demand being paid at least the month of November.

Unfortunately, your account violated our rules for the same reason you were informed last month when the same strategy was identified. You must not take advantage of the execution prices in the demo environment and therefore your trades cannot be replicated under real market conditions.
FAQ/Rules: Trading activities must be genuine according to real market operation and traders must not use practices that cannot be verified against real market conditions. Trading using strategies that misuse the real market function or that are intended to take advantage of any system vulnerabilities or deceive the live market execution is not allowed and will be considered a violation. The use of the following is not acceptable within our guidelines: copy trading of other persons signals, gap trading, tick scalping, latency arbitrage, long short arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, hedge arbitrage, opposite account trading multiple accounts in opposite directions or any use of emulators.

TPT did NOT pay me out for no reason. Scammers!
WARNING, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!!
I have been waiting for my payout for almost 2 weeks now which was supposed to arrive in 48 hours through their crypto payout method after approval of the payout. At least that's what they communicated to me.
To give you the context. My payout got approved quickly by TPT, so I send them the payout invoice immediately after approval. They explicitly asked me not to include the evaluation refund fee in the invoice in order to get the payout. So I didn't include the refund fee and send them the invoice again (multiple times even). However, this is where they started to ignore me, and now almost 2 weeks later (while reaching out to them every day) I still didn't receive my well-deserved payout which I worked really hard for...
If you would ask any logically thinking person, they would now conclude that TPT is a SCAM. However, I'm still hoping for the payout and reasoning for the delay in a proper response, so that I can remove (or adjust) this review and can continue trading with them.
At first, I had a lot of trust in this company since I started trading with TPT through referrals from some friends who were already trying to get funded with them. However, my trust is completely gone now, due to them not paying me out for no reason. I feel like they almost forced me to publish this review since there's no other way of contacting them once they start ignoring you.
Please TPT, show your best side so I can remove/adjust this negative experience and continue trading happily after.
For other people considering TPT, save your money for now and keep an eye on Trustpilot. I promise to update my review within 24 hours if they solve my problem and pay me out.

I got my third payout from TPT. I must say their consistency to pay is unparalleled.
But I don't want to sugar coat my review. If its upto me I'll never give their support more than 2.5 star. Tpt support is most unreliable in prop industry. They never responds to email. Yes they do send u ur phase 1&2 & live credentials. Yes they do send payouts. No they don't ever respond to emails.
TPT could be pioneer of industry if their customer support was good enough. Live chat is good but they don't have access to most of the support related to funded traders.
I hope TPT owner will take this review positively and won't close my account because of it.

worst experience of my life are thieves and i just hope people understand that!
I paid the challenge of 200k (980dollars) which had to be returned when the challenge was passed on the first payment and this did not happen I tried to contact them but they pretend nothing every day and lately they don't even answer anymore they are of thieves!
I answer here since you are trying to come up with excuses not to give back the refund of the fee!
but if I passed the challenge and requested the payout together with the payment of the fees and I was only given the payout (split) where is the money of the fee since I passed the challenge

We would like to remember that you have received your Profit share accordingly and on time, but you did not request the refundable fee at the invoice.
You would be able to request the refundable fee on the next witthdrawal, however, your new account unfortunately violated the Maximum daily loss rule and it's not eligible for continuing or to request the withdrawal again.
