Customer experience was great, such friendly, knowledgeable staff. We purchased 3 puppets for our children all of which are fabulous quality and our children just adore them. The puppets really bring their imagination to life.

The best puppets, out kids absolutely love thiers - they take them with them everywhere.

Great puppets but very poor customer service. Slow, and and on occasion misleading responses when item was lost in the post. Very slow when it came to offering a refund snd needed chasing up every time to get a response.
Amazon were fortunately far more helpful and refunded me. I'd buy the puppets again,but not direct from this company.

I have bought many of The Puppet Co puppets and also soft toys from their Wilberry range over the years and have always been thoroughly impressed. I first bought them for my daughter, then stocked them in my own toy shop. Now I must have also given dozens in presents for family and friends. Always a firm favourite!

Purchased some puppets as part of a selection of soft toys for my daughters nursery. Amazed at how colourful and well built the toys are. My daughter has raved about how story time is illuminated for the children through use of the puppets. Will definitely be ordering more once the children crave new stories and more dinosaurs!!!

Have ordered multiple gifts through this company and always excellent customer service. Their variety of items is perfect whether you are shopping for little ones or older children. I will definitely be ordering again soon as the Christmas period is coming up.

Recently purchased some Puppets and some of the Wilberry for my god children. What a hit they were, as a supposed grown up we forget the simply joy these toys bring to little ones. Can only say good things on the service from the company and will defo be back for more in future, thanks Puppets

Purchased a beautiful Traditional Story Set book and finger puppet set for my niece and her new baby from their retail website (Puppetsbypost). Box set makes a perfect gift and was very well received. Website was easy to use and it arrived quickly. Highly recommended site and will definitely be placing more orders.

Our boys absolutely love the Puppet Company and Wilberry products. Hours and hours of entertainment for both puppet shows and chasing each other around the house with Dinosaurs. It is a wonderful family company and great service from the team.

We have a few of the puppet company products now as I think they are very well made. My boys love playing with the puppets and toys (in particular the Noah’s ark gets loads of use). These have also survived many washes (thank god). Would recommend.
