They're honestly the best. Very very reliable. Someone's almost always available to pick up the phone, they dispatch promptly as stated on their website. Nothing misleading. A great reliable company to use if you're a buisness owner, I've been using them for almost 3 years now.

We have been ordering from Transpack for a number of years now for our small business and have never experienced any issues. Recently, one of the products we purchased had changed slightly so I contacted customer services and was advised by a very helpful and kind member of staff on a number of other products that may suit our needs. Tracy kindly offered to send us some samples so we could make some tests and have ended up using a far superior product for a much better price. But what I am most happy with is the level of customer service provided by the team, Tracy in particular, which is extremely refreshing to find in a industry that tends to lack such great service. Thank you Transpack team and most of all Tracy ❤️

I have been ordering from this company with no problems then they have had problems with the delivery and now they have stopped me ordering when I have done nothing wrong.

I did not give them any abuse yet again this company his company lies.
they were using DHL and we had parcels coming from them next day form other suppliers.
All I said why are you blocking me when it was the delivery company that had damaged the items so many times.
The staff were rude to me I have now found a new supplier which is so much cheaper

The delivery delays and issues stem from the postal strikes, as you have been telling your customers. We rely on couriers, and as you experienced with your deliveries, everything is being delayed due to the postal strike and the overflow which landed on the couriers. There was and is absolutely nothing we can do during the postal strikes except to manage it and keep customers informed as best we can, which we did in your case, every day. With regards to not selling to you, unfortunately you chose to send a string of abusive emails to our team, despite them doing their absolute best to assist you. The mental stress you caused in our office was unnecessary and uncalled for. We had no other choice but to protect our staff and refuse to accept your orders in future. We will go above and beyond to help a customer, but our staff are not "punch bags" for your temper. We really are sorry that it ended up this way but we need to protect our valued staff from unnecessary abuse.
Brilliant experience with this company. Communication has been excellent. Decent prices and products are good quality.

I bought cellophane but the quality looked fine in pictures but when I put it all over my hampers they start ripping off I was amazed that this product could have been tested before selling.
I would like transpack to investigate and give me a reason for poor quality of cellophane .

Ordered 1000 medium duty polythene bags from Transpack at £31.54 which didn't serve my purpose, it was lighter and smaller than expected. I realised it will cost £13.75 to return it to the supplier.
Transpack claimed that they made it clear on their website that if goods are ordered incorrectly buyer must return at their own cost. This must have been hidden on their website.
Anyone who wants to buy from Transpack must not be in a hurry to order, ask for samples and make sure you order small quantity to begin with.
It's a pity my £31.54 is down the drain in these hard times.
I ordered a few times from this company before I found my current supplier. Their box quality was different each time, sometimes great, sometimes poor. Their customer service also wasn't great and stopped responding to emails...
