Don't ever buy anything with material like shoes or jackets they sent me shoes and the material on the top part had bed bugs this company is garbage they don't review or look at any of their items that's material I'm so pissed off,, I bought them from their website and this is what I got how gross can you be...

Great customer service!
The sales associate was great. He placed an online order for me because I was having difficulty with checkout. I feel that the shipping time is a little too long. This has no reflection on the store because the merchandise is being shipped from elsewhere.

When I made my order I went into PayPal…
When I made my order I went into PayPal and it went straight to my bank and pulled the money. I want to pick from options such as Pay in 4. I contacted The Real Real immediately. I wrote on several of your sites. I recieved the message immediately that I wanted to cancel the order and I was told "it was too late that the package had shipped". How does that happen when it's on a Sunday night when they are closed. So I called first thing the next morning, Monday and got the same message. I was going to re-order it on my credit card. But never given the chance. You need coverage for the weekend and a better way. There is no way you can cancel on your site. That's just not right. So I had it taken out of my bank account with has caused me issues financially this month.
