I’ve ordered a couple things from the real real and they have all seemed legit until recently I ordered 2 Gucci belts and not 1 but both were fake, I immediately returned them without question, and they lost me as a customer, if you want improvement within the company start making your authenticity process better and crack down on fakes.

Sizes were incorrect and it was final sale. Very upsetting since the description to that’s 3 pants i purchased never stated it was a small

Visited the Chicago store exceptional service even helping me purchase an item online (first time instore visit and online purchase) was there when a client brought in items to sell. The detail and communication to the seller was amazing! Will definitely be back when I visit Chicago again.

I think you should be able to see in person pieces under $2k but I was very happy to have been able to see the bum bags before purchasing. The quality of my online order ( damier French purse wallet 5)-5 I ordered online but couldn't see in person ) was not great. I should have realized that by its rating and price but I still thought it was going to be a little better. I also don't like having to wait an entire month before being able to spend the credit from buy more save more. I also think it should count how much you spend each month not just during one weekend. It's making me miss out on items I want because it's not yet buy more save more time. In the meantime I've purchased elsewhere because of this. The staff in chicago store were very helpful. I'm mostly unhappy with real real policies.
