I've ordered multiple times in past and each time they came in the same exact box. This time the two cases came in separate shipments, each in a larger than needed box with the rolls just tossed in a plastic bag. They don't appear to even be new. --- Update: Gabriella reached out and took care of my problem. Thank you.

Our order came when it said it would, my only issue is box was beaten up and the rolls literally look like they were picked off a storeroom floor. Product is completely fine though and we will order again!
