Our beautiful rug was safely delivered this week. We ordered on line which was straightforward and we had good information about delivery time and a prompt delivery.

Thank you to The Rug Warehouse. We will always come back. Excellent service.

We are delighted with the rug we purchased recently. The quality is excellent, well above rugs in high street stores. The colour match was true to the image on the website. Customer service is outstanding.

Rug super and colours true to website.
Arrived quickly. Great after sales service too!

Honestly, could not be more thrilled with the service I received and the rugs I purchased... I went in to check things out and was literally taken around and given lots of advice.

I thought I had a strong idea of what I wanted, but they gently proposed an alternative.. which I risked... it was delivered within 24 hours... and loved it so. much, I then bought another identical one to go somewhere else in my flat!

Lovely people and lovely products... many, many thanks....

I ordered a rug from the rug warehouse on Saturday and was delivered Tuesday how efficient is that love my rug and impressed with the service I had from them

I recently bought the Fabricano blue rug (160 x 230cm) from The Rugs Warehouse and am delighted with my purchase and the service I received. Correspondence and delivery info were very prompt and I was pleased to receive the rug within a few days of ordering. The rug is lovely - great colours and a nice texture. I saw the same rug on a different company’s website for a higher price so alI in all, I’m a very happy customer!

A very good range of beautiful rugs - in fact it took a while to choose which one I wanted, so spoilt for choice.
I had a quick phone call to discuss my specific delivery needs and they were more than happy to help.
The rug arrived well packed and when promised. It’s even more beautiful than I hoped and such a good quality. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again or recommending them.

A Very positive experience - from price matching to communication to delivery all went really well. I even bought a second rug. I would happily recommend them.

We're very happy with our rug, it was actually better quality than I was expecting for then price and the delivery service was excellent. Rugs Warehouse is a very easy company to deal with.

Amazing service from the whole team at The Rugs Warehouse throughout the process of buying and receiving my rug. I can honestly say it is the best customer service I have ever experienced in buying an item like this. The rug is beautiful and exactly as described. The Rugs Warehouse exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic service from both the rugs warehouse and the courier. The rug is great, very happy indeed.

Excellent service and rug is perfect great value for money

There is a good selection of rugs and we easily found one we liked the look of and was large enough (we particularly wanted a large rug). It arrived within the suggested time frame for delivery and we are very pleased with how it looks in our living room. The image on the website accurately reflected what the rug looked like in real life. A very positive experience all round.

Super fast delivery, great selection of rugs, decent prices. Good customer care. Overall very happy

Beautiful rugs, as described.
Arrived quickly.
Would definitely use again

Rugs were as advertised, quality is excellent.

What can I say about The Rugs Warehouse company - oh what a fantastic company to deal with - nothing is too much trouble. I chose a rug over the internet which is no mean feat and to help me make the right decision, I was sent samples, colour swatches and my own YouTube video to see all the colours of the rug! You go a long way to find customer service like this these days! I cannot recommend this company and its wonderful staff highly enough! PS love our rug ..! Pauline

Great range of products and great after service. I missed my delivery and the Rugs Warehouse were so proactive and helpful in managing my delivery and checking I had received. Couldn’t fault them
