Amazing solar lights, ordered quite a few from here and only ever had an issue with a couple which was swiftly resolved with replacements, spoke with Ella and she was very helpful. Thankyou solar centre x

Fantastic light selection and my fence lights look fab. Just a small issue with one of them that didn’t tighten properly but all solved via the online chat with Ella who was very helpful.
Highly recommended.

I have dealt with the Solar Centre over the past couple of years and have purchased several products. On the very rare occasion that a problem has arisen the customer service department have responded both very quickly and positively. I would say that the products may be a little more expensive than others generaly available but the range and quality are far better which is why I have been a returning customer. I have recently dealt with ELLA regarding a replacement component and the service was excellent. Anyone thinking of buying lightning for the home or garden should seriously consider the Solar Centre. Not only will you be supporting a small business but from my own experience you will not be disappointed

I bought lights from a garden centre whilst visiting a relative. When I got home to install the lights, I discovered that one if the bulbs was broken. Luckily spare bulbs are included in the box.
I however emailed SolarCentre to get a replacement. It was no problem, Ella has sorted this promptly and I await it's arrival.
Thanks Ella and SolarCentre for making this easy. Will definitely purchase your products again.

Great customer service, very helpful

I ordered 8 solar lights for my decking - very clever product - no mains, no charging station.

The only snag was the stainless steel trim, came apart from the light sealed unit - maybe not enough silicone adhesive? (Made in China)
But was quickly replaced by the helpful sales team.

Doesn’t put me off I will be buying more.

I have bought a fair few lights from the Solar Centre and most have been very good. Unfortunately I recently bought an Anthracite Truro Solar Motion Light which did not work. I got in touch with the Solar Centre and they were very good. They responded quickly and asked for a photograph, which once I provided they authorised a replacement to be sent to me. Ella and Nicole were the agents I communicated with and they were very good. I would buy again from the Solar Centre.

Absolutely 1st class service from both Nicole & Ella., unfortunately I had a slight problem with the Solar Lights I purchased. Both Nicole & Ella communicated with me, and delivered the ‘fix’ quicker than I expected., Well done ladies, and thanks!

​This was my first time ordering from The Solar Centre, and I am extremely impressed. I bought the Truro solar wall lights, and while one lamp had an issue, their customer service team handled it brilliantly.
​Ella in customer service responded quickly, politely, and handled everything efficiently by sending out a replacement in no time.
​The lighting itself looks superb installed. Knowing how great their customer service is and how high the quality of the products are, I’ll definitely be placing another order soon. It’s fantastic dealing with such a reliable company!

I’ve bought a light before and found it excellent! I have now bought solar lights for round the garden! The quality is superb and best of all, if my dogs break any, I can get replacement parts! Absolutely brilliant! Excellent delivery and fantastic customer service from Ella! Couldn’t be happier!

I was first time user of the solar centre and tbh the whole experience has been nothing short of awful.
After ordering two wall lights which were showing in stock with a delivery estimate of 2-3 days I discovered that the items weren’t in stock at all and I would have to wait 6 weeks for delivery.
I rang the next day to cancel the order and request a refund which they said they would process.
5 days on they still haven’t started to process the refund despite a phone call.
So,no item and no sign of a refund as of yet!
I would definitely not recommend using this company.

Happy to leave another review for the Solar Centre. Received a new solar panel that was not charging/working sent email and a photo to Ella and new panel received within a few days. Many thanks

Excellent range of solar lights. I specifically needed free standing lights for the concrete steps at the front of my house. I purchased three sets in January and they have been extremely effective. They are neat and unobtrusive. I've had a problem with one of them over the past few weeks but having made a phone call this morning, the matter is already resolved and a replacement is on its way. Excellent after sales service from Ella, a very personable and helpful young lady. Would certainly use the company again and would recommend to others.

Very poor experience, ordered three belgrave solar lights , had email confirmation for dispatch, nothing arrived, emailed them told there was none in stock,was offered a refund or alternative, emailed 5 times asking for an alternative without no response, eventually received a email saying the alternative had been dispatched, arrived damaged and have emailed had no response
Won’t be using again!!

I have had several Solar garden lights from Solar Centre and am very pleased with them. Some of the mushroom heads went "missing", I am convinced they were taken by a particular magpie! I contacted Solar Centre and Ella sent me some replacements very quickly and F O C. Thanks Ella, great customer service. I really recommend Solar Centre. John, Bexhill on Sea.

I have bought quite a few things from the Solar Centre and each product has been of first class quality.
Last year I bought an outside standard lamp. I didn't realise it wasn't completely watertight so it deteriorated over the winter. I called Solar Centre merely to ask what they would recommend I replaced it with because the one i had had been discontinued. They said that they couldn't replace it but as it was under warranty, they sent me something similar. Completely free of charge and with good grace and manner.
How could you not love a company like that????

Had a few lights over the years. Had a problem with one of the latest ones. I spoke to Ella in Customer Service. And she instructed a replacement to be sent out. Highly Recommend this Company for Solar lights.

I wanted a spare for my solar lights. The web site said, out of stock. I chatted on the website with Ella. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. She sorted my problem and added a note to the order. Excellent service, excellent to be able to buy spares, and excellent Lumify products.

Love these lights, really show off our new driveway.
Any when we had an issue with one Ella quickly responded and resolved the issue.
