I am retired and was looking to keep myself busy and earn money to purchase a new house. It was extremely overwhelming at first as starting a new business and working with programs I had not used before was more challenging than I had expected. My coach Matt, made sure I had the time needed to stay on my feet. I also found others in the community that were extremely supportive. I found an accountability group that met daily to help me stay on task and get things done. (ADD here). The program has taught me how to successfully set up a larger group tutoring program and creating a business mindset. I now know how to use AI to decrease my workload and put my creativity into action. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending The Teacher Project to someone who wants to expand their tutoring business or start a new one. They have set up the roadmap and tools to hit the ground running. They give you the framework but you have to build the rest. However, someone is always there to help! I also appreciate their willingness to realize we are all individuals with different life circumstances and were willing to work with me.

Before finding The Teacher Project I felt like the world around me was passing me by and I was just getting older. I knew I had skills to use and pass on but this technical era was just whizzing along and leaving me behind. At the beginning I was dubious "can I really do this" "am I too old" "will people I know laugh at me".
Then I found The Teacher Project!!
I found a community of people who were on hand day and night to help me find my dream of teaching, a community of like minded people who were already winning at what they wanted.
So here I am striving for the best I can in the thing I want to do most. Life no longer feels mundane, I have more time to spend with my family and I don't feel the way I did before. My online presence is building alongside my confidence that this is the way forward. I'm NOT too old, I'm CAN do it, and NOBODY is laughing!!

I wrote an initial review a few months after I entered TTP, and expressed how incredible the support, curriculum and coaching was.
Now I'm 9 months into the program and have experienced the success of following the program, engaging with the resources and listening to my coach! I've established a successful program, shifted to add another focus, hired a tutor and am building a business the way I want to.
My journey has been up and down and round about -- but never has the support lagged.
TTP teaches you how to run a business -- marketing, sales, programming -- then they help you build a program that has YOUR signature on it.
Not theirs -- yours.
Is it cheap? Nope.
Is it valuable? Without a doubt.
Do you have to do the work? 100%
Is it worth it? As a teacher with passion but zero business experience, it's been invaluable.

I’m extremely happy I didn’t sign up.

I initially reached out to Elliot via Instagram because I was genuinely interested in what The Teacher Project had to offer. To be fair, Elliot was great, professional, responsive, and helpful. He passed my details to a team member, and from there I began exploring the possibility of joining.

I had an initial phone call earlier this week which was brief but positive, leading to a second call, this time via Zoom. During the one hour call, another team member walked me through the program in detail, including what the first 16 weeks would look like. Everything sounded promising. The core focus, as I understood it, is on building and running Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) to attract students, alongside support with curriculum development and business structure. I asked a few questions regarding success cases. Unfortunately, the same 4-5 success cases were mentioned. I then went on to ask about tutors that were not successful in which, I was politely told that it was their committment that was the main reason, not necessarily the program. This is when the call started to get a bit vague. I was trying to envisage what my business would look like after the 16-week period and if it was really sustainable. They have supposedly enrolled ~3000 and to be honest, I was hoping for more numbers regarding the other 2900+ tutors i.e. student conversion rate vs avg. ad spend and of course their avg. income per month after having completed the 16-week program, however it seems that they do not have this information and they mainly focus on their main success cases i.e. their 10K per month students or the students who managed to achieve 10k in a short period of time.

Things then took a turn when the cost of the program was mentioned (By the way up until this point, we agreed on mostly everything). The program is priced at $7,800 for lifetime access to the curriculum, with additional ongoing support (live calls, etc.) costing $3,000 every 16 weeks. I was also offered a payment plan: $1,000 upfront (during the call) and the remaining $6,800 in monthly installments.

At this point, I simply asked for a few hours to process all of the information and think everthing through. Nothing unreasonable at all. I didn't ask for days or weeks... just a couple of hours. That’s when the pressure sales tactics came into play. I was told, “No, you have a couple of minutes,” and that if I didn’t decide immediately on the call, the offer would be withdrawn permanently and I would never be allowed to join the program again.

Adding to that, I was also told that needing time to think meant I wasn’t “committed enough,” which is frankly ridiculous. I was seriously considering his offer, however I just wanted a short amount of time to make a final decision. After all $7,800 is not pocket change, it's a pretty big financial investment. I’ve worked in sales and management for over 10 years, and to be honest I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I was and still am completely appalled by his attitude, cold approach and lack of respect for not having allowed me to take time to think. Ultimately, I am glad I did not sign up.

The entire experience left a very negative impression and I would not recommend anyone to sign up with the Teacher Project unless you are willing to part ways with $7,800 on the spot. Having read other reviews, I am now starting to question the program, which leads me back to the initial thought I had during the call which was "What if I invest $7,800, I commit myself 100% but I do not see any ROI after the 16-week period... what happens next?". After a little more research, it seems many committed tutors have not been successful on the program.

Please do not give into their pressure sales tactics! A huge red flag, please avoid.

I had built a tutoring business since leaving education but there are only so many hours children are available and so tried going online creating a group programme. I got nowhere. I love teaching but I knew nothing about digital marketing, sales or anything else needed to acquire new students and my personality is such that self-promotion does not come naturally. I've now got 9 students but more importantly ways of growing a business. Without the Teacher Project, I would still be stuck.

I joined The Teacher Project because I knew I wanted change. I’ve always loved teaching but after 14 years, the classroom just wasn’t the right fit for me anymore. I wanted more freedom, more flexibility, and to be able to enjoy teaching again while, most importantly, being present for my family.

At the start, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but the biggest shift for me has honestly been my mindset. It’s a learning process - and once I started embracing that side of things, everything began to fall into place. I realised that every session with my amazing coach Jessie, as well as the other coaches in the clinics, had so much value. There’s always a small nugget of advice to take away, and if you follow the guidance that’s laid out, The Teacher Project can genuinely help turn your skills and ideas into a fully functioning tutoring business in a matter of weeks.

I’m the type of teacher who needs everything to be perfect but I’ve come to realise that being reflective is key. When you put in the time, make use of the all resources and ask the right questions, you start to see results and build something sustainable you can truly be proud of.

Joining The Teacher Project has truly been one of the best things I have done. Not only has it allowed me to be in charge of my own business (and earnings), but has also given me the freedom to finally get back more balance in my life away from the endless marking, planning and assessing.
TTP guide you through the process of setting up your own business -something I could not have done on my own and definitely not at this speed. I recognised they'd be a good fit for me during those early steps of setting up my business, but honestly until you're in you don't realise just how much knowledge, expertise, experience and support is there for you -it’s incredible! When you know, YOU KNOW!
The energy from the community has been absolutely amazing and you really feel so supported from every angle. The positive feedback, the professional advice and a strong support network of likeminded people.
Finally, I have to give the biggest shout out to coach Matt -he's been incredible! Always a step ahead with advice, guidance as well as a huge amount of support.
To anyone reading this review -stop procrastinating and just do it! You won’t look back.

So I'm fairly new joining the teacher project programme and I was quite apprehensive due to me seeing lots of tutors of a more academic topic like maths and English make 10k months so I wasn't sure if Fashion design was a favourable topic to teach. But with the vision I have for myself and with the encouragement of the community and especially guidance from your coach Matt, everyone is cheering you on because everyone wants to see you win. It also helps that everyone is going through their own journey so you have other like minded individuals to share or get advice from 24/7.

In the teacher project, I've enjoyed the weekly pods as it makes you subconsciously have a goal to work towards a personal goal each week. I also love the Skool community for the training sessions that I can catch up on in my own time.

I can definitely say my wins so far are the students I've been able to teach on my own platform just from my love for designing and portfolio building and my new own mindset shift in knowing I can believe and achieve in anything I set my mind to achieve despite all obstacles.

3 months after joining I made 45k in revenue. They gave me the opportunity to be in an amazing community full of support and love and wanting you to win. I love this community and I can't wait to be giving back.

The program is very comprehensive. Coaches and tech team available and knowledgeable to support and guide. Tons of resources and opportunities to connect with likeminded educators.
Self paced but motivated to be accountable which I needed. Practice labs ( making sales calls very helpful) as well as scripts to use.

I am pleased that I invested in myself and feel like I am learning useful tools and techniques everyday.

I feel like a little more guidance on Signature offer could have been helpful, not sure how they would do that but having invested time and energy into mine I am still not convinced it is the direction I should have gone in. I did reflect and listen to my coach when he felt my first offer wouldn’t work well and I have committed so only time will tell. He was very helpful with editing my video ad and always responded with a quick video to help me navigate the ads manager or other technical questions I had.

The Teacher Project has everything you need to begin and grow your own business. Each coach is warm and welcoming and there are plenty of resources, online sessions and advice out there to grab onto. No question is too trivial. Starting your own business is a scary thing, why not do it with experts around you, and others in the same boat?

At first, I was convinced The Teacher Project was too good to be true. I spent a long time speaking to people in their sales team and also reaching out to people who had already completed the programme before finally deciding to go for it. And now I'm 3 months in, I’m really glad I did.

The Skool community is a huge highlight and the weekly sessions with your coach are great – they’re motivating, practical, and a great way to meet people who actually want to help each other succeed. My coach, Hanford, is incredibly supportive and approachable and always around if you need guidance or reassurance. Whether it’s during the weekly call or 1-to-1 messages with your coach, any question I’ve had has always been answered quickly and clearly. It never feels like you’re on your own. Having someone there to sense-check ideas, answer questions, and keep you moving forward makes such a difference, especially when you’re starting something new.

I’ve also joined one of the clinics / coaches’ office hours and it was a great experience. It was reassuring to meet other people in the same situation and realise you’re not the only one figuring things out. The coaches were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely happy to help – no question felt silly or brushed off.

Since starting, I’ve managed to get a group up and running, which I honestly wouldn’t have had the confidence to do beforehand. The programme is essentially a step-by-step guide to setting up your own tutoring business. The templates, systems, and support with ads make everything feel manageable rather than overwhelming. It’s practical, clear, and gives you the confidence to actually take action.

It’s exciting to see where this can go, and for the first time, building something alongside teaching feels genuinely achievable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone considering starting or growing their own tutoring business!

I watched my wife join The Teacher Project when she started her online tutoring business. Now that I’ve started helping with business I can see why she joined. They are enthusiastic, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable at how to run an online business. For two educators with no business experience, the help we get from The Teacher Project is invaluable.

The Teachers Project has been a strong experience for me so far. I want to be clear that I did not get to the stage of forming groups yet because I continued working mainly with my private 1 on 1 students, so my feedback comes from that perspective.

The community inside the Skool platform is active and helpful. It is easy to find answers, see what others are implementing, and stay motivated without feeling overwhelmed.

My relationship with my personal coach and the pods mhas been one of the most valuable parts. I have felt supported, seen, and guided with practical direction. The coaching is clear and action oriented, which helps me move forward instead of overthinking.

Tech support has been responsive and effective whenever I needed help. My questions were handled with a professional attitude.

The dedicated clinics are a great resource. They are focused, practical, and give real examples you can apply immediately, even if you are not running groups yet.

The coaches sessions have also been useful. Being able to show up, ask questions, and hear what other teachers are working through has helped me sharpen decisions and keep momentum.

One important point for anyone considering the program is that results take time and real investment beyond the program itself. In addition to implementing the strategies, paid ads require additional budget and testing time to dial in what works. It is not instant, and it is not passive, but the guidance helps you make smarter decisions as you build.

Overall, the customer service from the entire team has been consistent, professional, and supportive. I have felt taken care of, and I can tell there is a real system behind the program.

My experience with this project has helped me launch a tutoring business.I know teaching but i do not know business.This course and support has taught me to use AI advertise on Facebook and Instagram its taught me how to frame my conversations with potential students .I have faced stumbling blocks along the way but have had great support from my coach Hanford .The one negative was the initial sales They didn't explain things clearly promised my tutoring idea was viable with them and that turned out to not be the case. i felt they just wanted a sale and felt a bit blindsided when I started.That notwithstanding i decided to plow on with a different idea suggested by Hanford my coach and I have NOT regretted it. I have had a few wobbles of confidence along the way; this is a lot of money for me but the support and encouragement and know how has led me to getting my first students I have great expectations for this year in terms of growth and success There is also support from the community you meet some great people within the project and the tutorials are mostly easily understandable..I would encourage anyone who wants to start their own tutoring business but isn't tech business or social media savvy to join this project

It’s a new year and I have just completed 7 months with The Teacher Project. It has been an amazing and exciting journey of self-discovery, adventure and great progress. I now have 9 students with a revenue of £18000 and I am sure this is only the beginning of even greater achievements. This wouldn’t have been possible without guidance and motivation from my amazing coach Hanford. He has mapped out a clear road map and has helped immensely with my Facebook video ads which have been a game changer. I have also gained invaluable experience and advice from attending specialist clinics on sales, adverts and mindset run by tried, tested and very enthusiastic coaches. Learning about the achievements of other aspiring entrepreneurs has been a great source of inspiration. I feel lucky and privileged to be part of this amazing community.
