Dish Towels arrived speedily (good) but....
Dish Towels arrived speedily (good), but are claimed to be 100% cotton, but:
1. don't remove water from dishes etc well, and;
2. when ironed smell like they're polycotton.
I suspect these towels are plastic in high percentage - "Prestige" label on them - Prestige should check this product is what it claims to be!

The towels were a wedding present and well-liked but I was disappointed that you couldn’t put a ribbon around them for this special occasion; and only do it for Christmas!

Towels not very absorbent
Ordering was straightforward & delivered promptly. The towels I bought look great but so far they have not been very absorbent. Material is 50:50 cotton/bamboo. I washed them before using. Hoping absorbency improves with more washing..

The burgandy flannels really run. Despite leaving them in water overnight they still run, and any water turns a shade of red.

Disappointingly poor Velour Towelling Robes
When the package arrived containing two velour towelling robes it was a size I'd expect for one. Silver Grey looks drab medium grey and towelling hard to the touch not cosy nor soft with no comfort. Sizing for UK was smaller than expected. Ordered size up to be sure of a good wrap-over but it didn't help. Gave both a gentle low temp wash with natural drying in case this would help and it didn't. Both shrunk especially the hood which was short to begin with. Both unusable. 🌟 🌟 for unquestionably responsive and supportive Customer Care who refunded in full.
