I bought a nice leather jacket UFC and it wa delivered as expected. The communication by email was very good and kind. Love the jacket Greetz Willem

I paid 129 USD for a tracksuit that was meant to be a present for my best friend. The seller cancelled the order without explanation, refunded only 21 USD and kept the rest. I received no item and have lost 108 USD. This experience feels completely dishonest and has left me disappointed and out of pocket. Spend your money elsewhere.

This site is a scam.
Please beware. I purchased a tracksuit for $129 - they cancelled the order so I received nothing and only refunded $21!!!

This really is a third class place of business. Their Customer Service is horrible. Instead of trying to fix the problem, and keep the customer Happy, they will offer you small amount of money to keep the unwanted item. Once you give them your money, they do not want to provide any kind of post purchase customer service. You have to pay to get an exchange and a 20% restocking fee for a return for a refund. They will not process the refund and keep the money and the item you sent back. ( probably re-sale it to some else). They are operating on a principle that they will only have one transaction with a buyer. People buy suits all the time, and for me, i will never buy another from them.

Thesuitsusa sent a knock off item to me as compared to a legitimate brand hoodie I got. Shop.com app showed the item coming from Syria. If you try to return an item they try to do it through Facebook messenger. It is likely this site is legit but is collecting information about people.

Never received my order. No response from emails and not information on what they say is their tracking information. December 11,2023

Over a year ago, I ordered the Shang-Chi reversible bomber jacket. I forgot to write a review, but typing here, they deserve one! I was worried about sending money to some company I was unfamiliar with. I normally don't spend this much on a jacket, but I knew I had to purchase this one that I fell in love with after watching the "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" film and this was the best I could find at the lowest price. I emailed them ahead of time to make sure that the jacket I ordered was in the process of development during the first week. It took almost 2 weeks to deliver: one week of producing, then almost another week to send because they are actually located in Pakistan. I live in California so even as it arrived, I was impressed with the time it took to deliver.

Once the jacket arrived, I had ZERO issues with it at all. The jacket was stitched and arrived as promised in the newest condition possible. They are willing to work with you during the shipping process, so I am highly appreciative of their commitment and quality.

Despite purchasing it as a gift, I am likely going to be ordering another one!

I ordered the Ranboo Varsity jacket for my granddaughter for Christmas. It is well made and it will keep her warm. My daughter and I loved it and we know she will too. It said it would be after Christmas before it got here. I explained it was a gift and I needed it before Christmas Eve. They worked with me and it arrived a day before it was supposed to. Thank you The USA suits for a job well done.

The sequence Astros jacket is absolutely gorgeous!! The USA Suits did a fantastic job and I cant wait to use them again, in the near future!! Highly recommended

Very well made and authentic. Very pleased. I'm impressed with the great customer service.

Bought the pink suit from Squid game and I was amazed by how authentic and great it was. I still cannot believe the level of details and the the quality of it.

These track suits arrived in time for Halloween and are perfect. They are high quality garments. The company was very responsive to our enquiries.

I bought the Shang-Chi reversible bomber jacket in women's XS (I'm 5'1" and around 95-100 lbs for reference) and the measuring chart helped a TON!!! The jacket was true to size and it fit me perfectly! The material of the bomber jacket is so good too, it's durable, sturdy, and I can tell it's really high quality. I did have a bit of an issue where I didn't get my tracking details as soon as I thought, but one quick email and less than a day later someone helped me!! Customer service is really quick and helpful! I will definitely be back to buy something else when the time comes to it!!!!

Good Quality. Arrived on time. Make sure to use the measurement chart before picking a size.

Marvelous!!,...
The package has arrived quickly and very well packaged, ... The jacket, shirt and tie from the Loki TV series, ... It is an authentic replica of the original!, ... The sizes are perfect! ... And the cut and manufacture of the whole outfit is perfect !!, .... It is exactly THE SAME as the actor Tom Hiddleston looks in the television series !!. I ordered a Yelena Belova vest and the service was amazing! they got back to me very quickly and answered every question I asked. I had ordered the wrong size for the vest and they were so quick to help and make sure I received a product that fit me. The vest itself was of amazing quality and was all I hoped for. It looked exactly like the vest from the Black Widow movie which was so cool. I will definitely be buying from this business again I loved their customer service and products. Delivery was really quick too. Thank you so much to USA Suits.

ordered a north face puffer jacket from them and although it didn’t fit as well as i hoped that it would, they refunded me partially and gave me a coupon for the inconvenience, would definitely recommend shopping here.
