Slow shipping, took almost three weeks to arrive. The product itself is pure junk...not anywhere near the $40 I paid for it. The fabric (faux leather) is peeling off on the back after less than a week of use. I will never order from this company again.

I accidentally dropped my phone yesterday from about 5' to a concrete floor. My z flip phone survived. I like the feel and looks of this case as well. I have had a few compliments from others. Delivery was a couple of weeks, which is what I had expected.

Happy with my purchase. Slick design. It looks premium.

It broke after around 2 weeks…..no real protection

Phone inexplicably turned itself off after about 4 weeks of use. Cannot hard reset or do anything it seems to get to reactivate, so have had to return it for an exchange unit. It is incredibly frustrating to read that this fault is common in these phones - pity nothing came up about it before I bought it! Again, because the way mobile insinuate themselves into everything I am now temporarily without means to pay for anything, or do a load of things. It is a lesson I shall not forget.

Firstly there is no Customer Support or Service so if you have a question don't expect an answer. All I received was more marketing emails.
My case cover colour was a washed out Blue so disappointed.
My screen protector came loose in the box & no instructions or said clothes/wipes to apply.
And as i had opened my package i couldn't return it!
Very disappointed 😞

Love the colour and quality but find it too heavy and bulky with the wallet attached. Consequently, it won't fit into a pocket. Shame.

My phone dont even fit in it . They stole 50 $ of my hard earn money. Total rip.off

Magnet don't work,got no Magnet

Case looks nothing like it did online. Cheaply made and did not come with the screen protector. Took forever to ship and was a scam.

The case that I ordered did not hold up. The piece that goes over the fold broke off after using it for one day. I contacted them to return it and have not heard back in over a week. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Case hinge broke after a few days of use. Tried to chat with the company with no luck. Emails went unanswered. I requested a refund through my credit card company. Not good

I have contacted the company 4 times since my phone case broke after 3 months of use. It was for a Samsung galaxy and broke at the hinge. Cheap quality case. Noone will respond to provide a refund or at least a replacement.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I sure wish I had read reviews about this company, before wasting $60+dollars. I'm not the only person who didn't receive what I ordered and have been ghosted by the scam company! Don't waste your money these people are awful and thieves. The proof is in the multiple reviews stating the same.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from this seller.

I placed an order on March 1 for both a phone case and screen protectors. According to the shipping status, both items were shipped together. However, when my package arrived on March 19, it contained only the screen protectors oddly packaged between two pieces of styrofoam wrapped in packing tape, and the phone case I ordered was completely missing.

I contacted the company using the provided email address immediately after receiving the package and have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication is concerning and leaves me questioning the reliability of this seller.

I was genuinely looking forward to this case and hope this issue can still be resolved, but the absence of customer support so far has been frustrating. Buyers should be aware that if there is a problem with an order, getting a response may not be easy.

I would give a zero star if I could. I bought ZFlip 7 cases thinking I would return one or two of them. I one case I wanted to keep was for a ZFlip5, so it did not fit. I requested a return and they gave me an address in China. The postage alone is greater than the cost of the cases. And my shipper said they was not guarantee of receipt, hence no refund.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would! This company not only sells and ships absolute garbage products that don't work properly, but even worse.... This company is IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN SPEAK WITH MUCH LESS GET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT FROM! I've sent ateast 10 emails, and called so many times to the FAKE number supposedly in Maryland here in the US they have for support on their website I can't even tell you the number at this point! They should be SHUT DOWN!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ze stuurden de verkeerde flip case. Ik wilde omruilen maar dat kon niet. Kreeg wel 30% KORTING maar ik wilde gewoon mijn geld terug. Het was gewoon plastic rommel. Zeker geen €70,00 waard. Gewoon ingetrapt. Nooit meer iets van gehoord. Ik denk dat ik gewoon ook ben opgelicht. Ik zal zeker niet de enige zijn. Dus mensen, KOOP NIET BIJ DIT BEDRIJF.

I ordered a case for my Galaxy Z flip 7 on 11.17.25. By 11.30.25 I was still waiting for the case to arrive. It cost $67.89. When I tried to contact their customer support, the phone was disconnected. I looked through my emails and realized that I'd never received any sort of confirmation from them. I'd really like to STOP using Amazon for everything, but then something like this happens. Not sure if i can get my money back.

Absolutely horrible experience! The phone case i waited almost 2 weeks for broke the moment I put it on! The screen protector is cheap plastic that cracked instantly, which then caused "the hinge Proctor " to break right off. Plastic junk and any review saying otherwise is a paid one!
