The afternoon tea was perfect
The afternoon tea was perfect, the staff were great. Booking was not easy. I don't have a printer and found the process complicated. The hotel had not heard of "Things to Do" and at first did not want our voucher.

Easy until it came to redeeming
It was easy to choose and pay but the actual redeeming part I found to be more difficult.
I have redeemed the voucher and chosen our date and time to visit the zoo but so far haven't received an email from the zoo confirming.
