All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. They were very accommodating. I'm just excited for my first box to arrive! I ordered a singular candle making kit, to try it out before committing.

I have been subscribed to This Month's Craft for almost a year and have been very pleased with their kits. The supplies are high quality and come with everything you need plus some to try different hobbies. I had a duplicate kit received and customer service assisted me and sent me a brand new one.

I had a question about alternating my boxes. I used the online chat and they were super responsive and helpful! Really looking forward for my first box!

They are very helpful and answer all my questions and even helped me decide what’s best for me while saving a bit of money on enjoying crafts.

I received my first box and was more than happy with the content and customer support with a personal issue. These boxes are a nice way to try something new without spending an arm and leg.

Not worth the money. DIY box has simple craft projects that don’t fit the description of what DIY is supposed to be. Materials included are worth much less than the subscription and directions are not great.

I am someone who has always loved arts and crafts. I struggle with ADHD too so I constantly want to start new hobbies, buy the stuff to do it, be interested in them for a few months and then drop them off. Now I have a horde of craft supplies that I barely use.

This months craft is the best subscription I’ve ever gotten. The box comes with a moderate sized box that supplies you enough material to do the craft 1-2 times and then you can move on to the next. Which is great for people who live busy lives but still want to engage in your creative side of their brains or someone who wants to do every craft in the book like myself.

I highly recommend this to everyone. Seriously, pull the trigger. You won’t be disappointed. This is coming from somebody who never writes reviews.

My box arrived damaged and missing an item. I reached out to customer service and they responded so quickly and sent an entirely new box immediately. You definitely get what you pay for with this subscription service and I have yet to be disappointed in a box!

I ran into a problem with my first shipment. The customer service team got back to me in less than an hour on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. The kindness, understanding and timely response quickly told me that this company cares about their customers. Also to mention, I had a great time making my own bars of soap! I will be a continued customer, and I look forward to expanding my hobbies!

This is such a genius idea! The boxes are so much fun and come with EVERYTHING that you need!
My last box was a wood burning kit and for the first time, it was missing something. Just the stand for the burning tool. I wasn’t going to say anything but customer service emailed ME about it so that they could resolve it.
This has been, by far, the best customer service. They were really helpful and timely in getting it resolved. Then followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied.

Customer Service was amazing

I love this subscription the team is so helpful and down to earth. There was an item missing from a few boxes and the next day I was notified it was missing, got an apology, was told what to do instead, and offered two options what I wanted to do to accommodate for the mistake. They are so thoughtful and quick!

It's great to get something new to work on each month! I get lots of compliments on my items throughout the house. The instructions are easy to follow and customer service has been great to work with the one time it was needed.

My daughter and I have done 3 subscription boxes so far and they are just so much fun and a learning experience. Its fun trying something u never have before. Truly a great way fo expand your knowledge and crafting abilities. I highly recommend.
