Cancelled my policy 4 days after buying without any warnings whatsoever. Payed £2200 and only received £2000 back for 4 days. Very harsh on young drivers recommended to stay away from them. DO NOT GO WITH TICKER

Worst unsurance company :
They canceled my insurance policy because the device is off even i already informed them that my van was broken for few months . No contact number to call . The only way is to use chat which take hours to respond . The funniest part in all of that they took the money from my card one day before they cancelled the insurance. Theremorefore, they request extra fees which is £120 without providing me the breakdown . Their rules are made just to scam people . Even 1 star is too much for that Tricky Ticker

I have no idea what ticker is or what they do. So it is an easy review for a company that asks total random people for a review

Ridiculous company. They have accused my friends of driving recklessly when we have proof that they haven’t been. The black boxes for this company are clearly useless and are made to scam you. Don’t think that just because this insurance is cheap that it is any good because it’s awful. They had only had the insurance for a week before they had messages telling them that their insurance was going to be cancelled. So ridiculous.

Absolutely awful insurance company. Don’t be fooled by their cheapness. This company falsely accuses you of speeding, and sends you a message within days of you having the black box asking you to voluntarily cancel the insurance. When cancelling the insurance due to their false accusations, they don’t even ask why you’re cancelling. This insurance company is just one big scam, they just want to rip you off. You’ll buy the insurance thinking it’s cheap and receive your black box, where they will then falsely accuse you of dangerous driving within a very short time, then immediately except a voluntary cancellation without reason or offering for feedback, and take a big chunk out of what you’ve paid already. Absolute scam. Not only this, but it is impossible to communicate with them. Terrible for new drivers or any drivers in general.

Terrible, only a week into the policy and got sent a message telling me I was dangerous driving and notifying me that I was speeding. Absolute joke of a company, Do not buy a policy from these people.
