It was an amazing experience to work with The Ticket Clinic. They handled everything and notified us when it was concluded. We paid a modest upfront fee and that was it. They successfully fought the ticket and notified us when it was over. No further fees, points or any derogatory marks against us. Highly recommend The Ticket Clinic.

They hold zero responsibilty for their actions. Got a proof of registration ticket, along with a speeding ticket. Figured I would let them handle both. They asked for a copy of my registration. I provided it same day. They did not submit it to courts. Both tickets went to court without my knowledge. I assumed reg ticket was cleared and expected to pay 10 dollar fee. Nope, got hit with 120 dollar court cost, because they failed to submit my proof. Had I known ,( Which they conviently did not tell me). I could have just emailed my proof of registratiin to courts. Now I am just told, Sorry. But I have to pay! Disgracefull, people don't admit their lack ability to do their job. And stand behind their buisiness. Last time I use them, and suggest everyone else look elsewhere to have your tickets handled. Thank you for costing me even more money TICKET CLINIC!!

Very disappointing experience with Daniel Taub & Ticket Clinic in Tavenier, FL. After paying $6000., communication was extremely poor and I often could not reach my lawyer for months. Also, when I did reach him he seemed irritated and annoyed.

Actually, we never met in person, he was based in West Palm Beach, even though Ticket Clinic had an office in Key Largo, that is still a distance from me in Key West but he never made the trip down. Also, he never appeared in court for me, he failed to file the paperwork saying I didn’t need to appear, and that forced me to take time off work. When I finally went to court to close out my case, after meeting all my probation requirements to reduce my charge, he wasn’t there, even though I needed my lawyer present to sign off on the case. Fortunately, another attorney stepped in and helped resolve everything. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Daniel Taub or Ticket Clinic. Basically, they took my money and left me to navigate the system on my own. Very unprofessional and uncaring of their clients. Buyers beware!
NOTE: Ticket Clinic's standard reply is they don't have record of your case. That's just BS! DO NOT USE THEM.

I got a speeding ticket in Georgia for going significantly over the speed limit. I hired the ticket clinic of Georgia to represent me. A few days before my court date I received one missed call from them asking me to return their call- not explaining that it was urgent or time sensitive. I called back 2x and the wait was so long I couldn’t get through to anyone. No one called and followed up. Apparently my court date was a few days later… Shortly after my court date I received a letter in the mail stating that I have a bench warrant for my arrest for failure to appear to court. This was two weeks ago and they have no resolved it. It takes 10 emails to get anyone to call me and anytime I call them I get the run around with absolutely no help and very poor customer service. They said they don’t know why I received this letter and that they were there to represent me… but they can’t seem to get it resolved. The phone call before the hearing they were calling to offer me a plea of the speeding ticket being reduced 4 points… so I would still have to pay the state, and have my insurance rates sky rocket- and I already paid them a decent amount of money to represent me… I get the feeling because they received the plea no one showed up to court to represent me but they had never responded if we would accept or not because they had not gotten ahold of me and spent very little effort trying… honestly horrible experience. Still not resolved. Terrible customer service. Terrible outcome. Their demeanor regarding the situation is very nonchalant and low effort- not concerned or helpful at all. Totally unethical. I hired them to represent me and the outcome is a yet to be resolved warrant for my arrest over a speeding ticket… I would not recommend them at all.

I hired this company to represent me in court. once they had my money they totally ghosted me. I had a hard time emailing and wanted to make sure they got it. I delt with Luis and when he didnt call me back I delt Maria. She was no better. I asked to speak to a superviser and Maria hemmed and hawed. Looks like I will have to drive to Georgia and represent myself. If they cant call me back how can I trust them to show up for court?

Made promises that were untrue. I could have just gone to court myself. I would have spent less money. I followed up with them once my insurance went up after being promised this wouldn’t happen. They had me order another mvr( more wasted money) and no one ever called me back. I emailed the person I was working with. Crickets. The company is a SCAM!!

I paid $1,200 to hire this firm for an excessive speeding ticket and, unfortunately, did not feel the service justified the cost.

The only time I spoke directly with an attorney was when I requested one at the time of hire — and that interaction felt rushed and dismissive. After that, all communication, including my case outcome, was handled strictly through email with no real access to counsel.

The final result was a Deferred Prosecution Agreement requiring me to plead guilty, complete 50 hours of community service, take an 8-hour defensive driving course, and pay prosecution costs within a set timeframe.

Given that I’ve had no criminal or traffic violations in the past 7 years, I believe this is an outcome I could have achieved on my own without paying for representation.

Overall, I did not feel supported or adequately represented.

they are scam artists - do not trust this firm - JUST go find someone else - 100% fraud

- find someone real, local and someone you can talk to - these click bait orgs, you will end up talking to someone with absolutely no idea. You will never find an attorney - i doubt even if they have one.

Buenos días muchas gracias por atender mi caso.Ese día fui a buscar a una amiga para ir para el gimnasio entonces ella llevó a su niña porque no tenía con quien dejarla y su esposo estaba trabajando y ella dejó la silla de niños en el carro del esposo, El policía pasó y me detuvo me preguntó si la niña llevaba la silla y le dije la verdad que no y entonces el me pidió los documentos a esa hora me puse tan nerviosa no encontraba nada estaba oscuro tenía muchos papeles en mi carro y no lo encontraba le hablé a él nerviosa y llorando y me dijo que no me pusiera así que me tranquilizara que si le mostraba evidencia de uno de los tikes que me puso que solamente dejaba uno y iba a quitar el otro.Entonces me puso los dos tikes y se despidió.

I was faced with a serious traffic violation, driving my Porsche in Miami without a temp plate, after going to the tag agency, which is no fault of my own, as according to GA law, you can drive as long as you have the bill of sale and title on you. So, Gonzalez, saved the day. So I recommend this firm as they will go above and beyond to help you as they have definitely helped me. Cheers guys!! Keep up the great work....smiley faces.
