Tilemall were efficient in supplying the tiles. They were very easy to talk to and helpful for any questions I had. I was a little confused about the “volume” of tiles ordered, from the website, but they were able to resolve that issue.

I'm not sure what bright spark decided to wrap my 5 sheets of tiles i ordered, because I have one sheet that hasn't been damaged, the rest have broken tips or chipped

Be sure to inspect your tile if you intend to collect.
When I ordered my tiles I organised for a collection from Silverwater. The process was easy and the staff were very helpful in loading our tiles for us. My husband actually told me to please be sure and give them a great review.
Sadly when our tiler commenced our job he advised 3 boxes had chipped and broken tiles. On inspection it was clear that 3 of our 14 boxes had been knocked on the corners. I have used this same tiler for 10 years or more. I can assure you, these tiles were broken when we collected them.
When I called to advise of the problem I was told that because we did a pickup our tiles were not covered. It was very disappointing. I was told to send photos (which I did) but recieved an email confirming the same. I spoke with Paul and ordered a box replacement (which I paid for) Paul said he would organise an extra tile so that I would not need to order another full box. This was supposed to be a sign of good faith. At that point I had decided to leave no review. But....
Today my husband collected the replacement box and 1 tile. He was met with resistance to supply the single tile. They argued with him, but eventually gave in.
My advice. If you must buy from this company do not collect your tiles unless you inspect all on site.
