I bought large floor tiles for my kitchen
Very good quality tiles

The service was great
good communication

Competitive prices. Easy to deal with. Good communications and delivered exactly on time.

Quick response to enquiry.

Very happy customer..

I contacted tile topia via WhatsApp yesterday. I received live video and images of the tiles I was looking through which was great as sometimes images online can be a slightly different colour.

Anyway. The service I received was second to none. Nathan was so so helpful.

I chose the tiles I want, made payment and he was able to get me a delivery date of my choice, a couple of days away which is fantastic.

Highly recommend. Great prices too!

Really quick to send the samples and delivered within a couple of days

I was kept informed by email and phone of everything I needed to know, acceptance of order, delivery arrangements, date and anticipated time of delivery.
All went well

Be very aware when dealing with this company. If you have broken tiles included in your delivery (up to 5%) then you will find it very difficult to receive replacement titles or a refund. This is written in their terms and conditions.
Trading standards are clear on this .
Retailer Responsibility:
Your contract is with the seller, not the courier. They are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are delivered to you, your safe place, or your neighbor.Act Quickly: Report the damage immediately, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, although you have longer. Take photos of the damaged items and the packaging.Signing for Delivery: Even if you signed to say the items were received "in good condition," you can still claim if you discovered the damage afterward, though it is better to sign as "unchecked" or "damaged".Replacement or Refund: You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. The retailer must bear any costs for delivering replacements.

After finding this company online, we ordered a few tile samples and instantly fell in love with the Luminescent Bianco porcelain tiles. With 67% off, it made our patio project completely affordable for us — something nowhere else could offer.

The customer service from start to finish has been incredible. I contacted them multiple times for advice, from choosing the right grout colour to match the tiles to ordering extra tiles after we unfortunately underestimated how many we needed. Every time they were helpful, friendly, and quick to assist.

We’re so happy with the quality of the tiles and the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a project.

Very helpful , good costumer care, chat and exchange messages over WhatsApp 👍🫶⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Start to finish absolutely great service usually get 5-10% breakages only 2 slabs really well packaged

Understood what I wanted straight away. Given a great price and tiles arrived within a few days.

Very good at communicating, which is the key to building trust. They were flexible and while looking at tiles on a website is not the same as looking at them in person, I feel I got what I paid for, even though I had only looked at the individual tile and not what it might look like matched against another tile. So well done. Their tiles are also competitively priced.

Ordered some samples & received a cut with good pattern on a couple of days later.

Incredible prices, amazing customer service and really nice products. I would definitely recommend this company. A great find.

Pallet fee too much on top of delivery fee.
