The item was quickly dispatched and was exactly as illustrated. It arrived undamaged despite the box having been slightly crushed - no account taken, apparently, of the parcel being clearly labelled 'fragile'.

Beautiful little cottages,bobbins etc-Louise the owner is so lovely too nothing is too much trouble,e-mails inform you when your order has been revived and when it’s been dispatched,brilliant service from start to finish 👍
