Louise was absolutely brilliant with my Order considering I saw the little cottage in a shop window in Ambleside when I was there for a day. I thought it was ideal for a friends 40th but was in a hurry. When I got home I tracked her down and she made one, just for me. It was ready quickly and arrived in time. My friend loved it, it was a unique and beautiful gift.

My wife loves the cottages, and laready has a few in her collection. Saw the Christmas cottage and I had to order it. No problem. It arrived very quickly and looks really nice. Lots of detail on this piece (such as the wreath on the door). Once again a really good product and great service.

Ordered was dispatched quickly and quick reply when contacting seller. The product one of the wooden cottages is beautiful and I can't wait to give it to my mum for Christmas.
