I’m not sure why some are calling this a scam but I took a chance and LOVE my song! Yes, there’s more $ to be “wasted” if that’s the right word but I paid the appropriate amount, received my song and can’t wait for my husband to hear it. I cried , I got chills and that’s not like me. They did an AWESOME job and would highly recommend this. If you want the bells and whistles, then yes, you’re gonna pay. I just wanted a special song for myself and my husband and got it. So, thank you team, you did good!

I saw the ads and thought it looked like a great idea. I try to live by the philosophy , if I can make my wife happy and its not too expensive do it as often as you can, so I do, flowers, knickknacks, dinner out, etc. Well this song blew them all away, perfectly personal and well done. She's heard it at least 10 times and still gets tears in her eyes, she said it was the BEST gift she's ever received and I've bought her plenty of jewelry LOL

I was charged ~$300, thought I purchased the $99 option and was provided a lack luster song that my dog could have produced usingChatGPT. Don’t fall for the advertisements. There are no artists involved in this process, the product is quickly delivered and like others mentioned, it just was not good. At least with ChatGPT you can keep tweaking until you get the product you want. I reached out about the over charge, they are unwilling to do anything about it. Save your hard earned money.

I purchased a custom song from TimelessSong as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Unfortunately, it had the exact opposite effect of what I intended.

When she listened to it, she immediately said it made her feel uncomfortable and that it made her "feel like her skin was crawling." After spending considerable time and money trying to create a meaningful gift, it was heartbreaking.

My biggest disappointment wasn't actually the song—it was how the company handled the situation afterward.

TimelessSong advertises a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and says that if you're not happy with your song, they'll "make it right." I contacted them immediately, explained what happened, and requested a refund.

Instead, I was offered only two options: a partial refund or a one-time revision. Once a surprise gift has been given, however, the moment is gone. A revised song couldn't recreate that experience.

To their credit, their support staff was polite and professional throughout our emails. My frustration is with the disconnect between the advertised satisfaction guarantee and the resolution that was offered.

One thing I wish someone had told me beforehand is that these songs are very personal. Many people may absolutely love them—but not everyone will. If you're considering one as a surprise gift, especially for someone who may not enjoy AI-generated or highly personalized content, think carefully before making the purchase.

That was an expensive lesson for me.

I have received the song that was dedicated to my future wife.
The song lyrics bear no resemblance to the information I provided in the full and final draft I sent. I have not played it to her as it seems to be all about me.
Not very happy with the outcome and the three verses.
Please explain how the outcome could be so wrong and where in the terms can it be rectified as I cannot see having read the terms and conditions..

I made some edits from the first draft and boy was it worth it. The song tells our story so perfectly truly moving. My husband cried and I cried and we reminisced of all the years. It was beautiful! Thank you! What a beautiful experience!
