Don’t buy
Don’t buy! The return is on you, since it doesn’t come with a return label it will cost around 30-40€. Either you’re sure or don’t buy. I absolutely didn’t like the bag and wanted to return it. Also the contact with them took so long until I got a reply.

To clarify, our return policy depends on the customer’s location. For orders within the European region, customers are required to arrange and cover the return shipping. As international shipping costs are set by carriers and vary depending on the sender’s location, the exact price can differ. To help minimize these costs, we always aim to provide the closest available return address whenever possible.
Regarding the timing — your return request was opened within the 30-day return window, and we confirmed by email that it would remain valid despite the shipping delays caused by weather conditions. Once the item reached our warehouse, your refund was processed in full for the exact amount you originally paid. The lower amount shown on the return slip reflected the price without VAT for customs documentation purposes only and did not affect the refund issued to you.

I bought a Bobobark bag from Laflore due to the same opening however this bag oh my god, for an extra £100 this is top tier on quality.
Consumes reluctant to buy this product due to it being less well known, you won't be disappointed! The quality and craftsmanship of this product is insane and is a much higher quality compared to most bag's from other fashions houses.
This is not a fake review btw, I will certainly be buying from this company again as they have really nice colours as well which I couldn't decide between.

I spent nearly 200 EUR on a bag and have not received the bag, no answer from this company and the original courier has given the delivery to another courier but they do not have the delivery!!
No one is answering so I have opened a PayPal dispute, avoid these scammers like COVID.

We are sorry to see your frustration and we would like to clarify the situation publicly, as some statements in this review do not reflect the actual course of events.
You placed an order for a €170 bag, which was shipped on time. The shipment was initially handled by FedEx and officially handed over to Hermes for final delivery in your area — a standard last-mile handover between couriers.
Regarding communication: you contacted us by email on Wednesday, we replied on Thursday, and there has been ongoing correspondence since then. We are therefore surprised by the statement that “no one is answering.”
A PayPal case was opened while the shipment was already in transit. To ensure a fast and fair outcome, we have already closed the case and issued a full refund, despite the order having been shipped.
We remain available via the existing support channel and continue to follow up with the couriers.

Finitions mal faites _sac bandoulière de grande qualité
J'ai acheté un sac bandoulière chez Timeresistance. Il est doté d'une pochette zippée extérieure et de plusieurs compartiments, très pratique pour le rangement. Un cuir pleine fleur de grande qualité.
A mon grand étonnement, les finitions du sac sont mal faites. Les rivets qui maintiennent un côté de l' extrémité du sac bandoulière sont mal fixés. Le sac bandoulière ne peut donc être porté. J'ai constaté pas de passant sur la longueur de la bandoulière sur ce modèle. Un échange de mail s'est fait avec le site d'achat internet. Une solution va être apportée. J'attends échange et envoi de l'article ....

Regarding the loose rivet, this was clearly a manufacturing oversight — the rivet was inserted but not fully pressed during assembly. Even though we operate with a two-stage quality control system, this particular defect is very difficult to detect when the rivet is in place but not fully compressed. We apologize for this mistake. Of course, we will replace the bag with a new one, and our team is already arranging this for you.
As for the shoulder strap, this model does not include a loop along the full length of the strap. This is intentional: adding a loop would not look aesthetically balanced when the strap is worn at its longest setting, as it would sit awkwardly in the middle. The buckle itself includes a built-in keeper that secures the strap in place; however, we understand that when the strap is set to its shortest length, a small amount of extra strap can remain visible. This is normal for adjustable full-length straps and is considered in the design.
Our support team has already offered a replacement, and we are here to ensure everything is resolved smoothly for you.

Beautiful Design, Disappointing Quality and No Support
I bought a Time Resistance Doctor’s Bag in January 2025 through Frederic St James. The bag looked fantastic and felt premium at first, but the handle broke after just a few months of normal professional use.
When I contacted Time Resistance, they refused to assist because I hadn’t purchased directly from their website — even though it’s their own branded product. They simply redirected me to the retailer with no offer of repair, goodwill, or practical help.
For a company that markets itself on craftsmanship and durability, this response was extremely disappointing. I expected much better quality and customer care for the price.
If you’re buying a Time Resistance bag, make sure you purchase directly from them — otherwise, you’re likely on your own if something goes wrong.

Terrible Product, unethical company, avoid at all costs
Just received this as a gift from my wife and mother. The quality is so poor its hard to pinpoint everything but I'll try:
1. Weak stitching, yes you heard me the stitching is so flimsy that I would be a fool to try to put multiple things in this bag
2. Unfinished leather, for an "artisan product" the quality is so poor this must have been a sweat shop in Italy to receive the made in italy moniker. Leather elements in the interior of the bag have been poorly treated with what is supposed to be black leather showing raw leather. I have relationships with several high end artisan leather workers in Europe and Asia and after showing them the pictures of my bag, they all came to the same conclusion that this product was not made with care and any true artisan would not allow this out of the atelier.
3. Flimsy Gladstone Structure: So the value of the traditional physician bag is having that structure that allows you to open it up with the "wide mouth", well when the structure is so flimsy that everytime you open it up the bag immediately falls and cannot stand up straight, well that is a problem. Again this is because of poorly thought out design and poor quality product.
Most importantly this company does not stand by its product. I was given this as a gift, but the individual who I talked to, Gabriele claims that since I don't have the original box it came in, I cannot return the bag and get my family's money back. I have never heard of such an inane and stupid policy in my life. But what is more infuriating is that they claim to have a 30 day free return no questions ask but with the caveat that they know will protect them. No one will keep a huge box for 30 days. So this policy protects them from accountability.
There are so many worthy leather bag companies. This UAB Baltic Synergy/Time Resistance is not one of them. Save your money and avoid them like the plague.

Unfortunately, we did not receive any photos.
Regarding the original packaging: our return policy states that items should be sent back with their original box and all included components, as this helps protect the product during transit. However, this does not mean that we are unable to accept a return without the box.
Of course, depending on the situation, exceptions can always be made — it’s impossible to write a policy that perfectly covers every real-life scenario. This is why human understanding and open communication remain at the heart of how we resolve cases.

Awful customer service, mediocre craftsmanship
The leather quality is good…perhaps a bit too much finish, but the shine was already visible in the photos.
One can debate whether the laptop compartment should be placed at the front or the back; in any case, it was quite a bold design choice.
What really doesn’t work, however, are the seams: they are not reinforced at the straps and are already coming apart. I’ve tried reaching out by email about five times (in Italian and English) with no response. No reply on Instagram either, not to mention the website. Customer service: 0/10. Craftsmanship: 3/10. I’m dissatisfied and can’t even return the item.
