Be aware of their contract , it is a rolling contract that automatically renews each year. They is no notice of pending renewal. I tried to cancel when I received the invoice. But was told I had to give 60 days notice. The contract is 4 years old. I have never used their support. How was I supposed to remember the annerversary. Sharpe practice in my mind. no joy with customer support. I would avoid, there are nicer firms out there

To clarify, our support agreement is an annual contract with a 60-day notice period for cancellation (not 90 days as stated in your review).
This is clearly set out in the support agreement, and the reason for the notice period is that we plan our technical support resources based on the number of customers we support under contract. It is possible that on occasion a client may not need to contact us but we must ensure that qualified engineers are available should support be required at any time. Applying the notice period consistently across all support agreements enables us to maintain that level of service for every customer.
We hope this explanation helps clarify why the 60-day notice period is an important part of our support agreement and enables us to continue providing a high level of support to all of our customers. Thank you for your custom over the past few years and for taking the time to share your feedback.

The clock in machine stopped working in…
The clock in machine stopped working in a month and had to send it back to get it fixed. We received it after a few weeks and in stopped wortking again after a few months. We had to send it bak again and the response was very vague that the scope of repair is outside warranty even though the machine wasn't damaged. Would not recommend.

Hello Syed, we are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your experience.
To clarify the timeline, the system was purchased on 3rd January 2025- the terminal was first returned in January 2026, due to a power-related issue. Following assessment, we replaced the power supply under warranty and returned the unit to you.
The most recent return was assessed separately. During inspection, our technicians found evidence of an internal fault that was not consistent with a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear. Specifically, there was residue emerging from the keypad area and loose material moving inside the terminal casing. As a result, the issue did not meet the terms of the product warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship.
We appreciate that this outcome may be disappointing, and we certainly did not intend for our explanation to appear vague.
We value all customer feedback and we would be happy to discuss the report directly if you would like further clarification.
