The support is really reactive, helpful and always available.
Sales and Finance are also very reactive and really nice to provide solution to any issue.
The Channel Manager is very dynamic and full of usefull options to manage rentals in details.
the error on their system caised me a loss of £2.3K - they accept the mistake but offer no compensation
I would give 0 if possible. I usually don't like giving bad reviews but this one is warranted. Absolutely poor customer service!!! Booking.com (BDC) wasn't connected via API connection, and they were saying that it is an issue with bdc. However, we have now tested with another PMS provider - BDC connects perfectly (via an API connection). Tokeet promised a call to resolve the issue, but I never heard back from them.
Tokeet's system messed up our calendars and caused double bookings - costly for us and a waste of time. Guests were also getting the same message multiple times - Tokeet mentioned this was an issue reported by other users also.
We would strongly recommend to NOT use Tokeet! They seemed like a baby trying to learn to walk.

Customer service is none existent. They share help articles that are not relevant. There is no support on the new CM and you are expected to have a 30 minute call and know what you are doing. I found that the rates were very slow in moving to the OTA's. On the onboarding call I was booked in with one person however the call ended up with three support members on as they were all unsure on how to use the systems. I was then told at the end of the call to get in touch if I struggled but found that my messages were ignored. I have been with Tokeet for over a year but looking at the competitors its clear to see that they are falling behind. I have tried to use the new CM system but found it more tedious then Tokeet and very slow. They promise a lot but never deliver.

I've tried about 5 different PMS for managing my short term let and by a mile, Tokeet (or Sympl in my case as I only have 1 property I manage) is clearly the winner. Their software is easily the most modern of all of them (for the developers out there, they even offer a API to link up your own software with Tokeet), they tick all the functional boxes e.g. message automation, direct website creation, booking management. The best thing of all though is their customer service delivery - I'm only a very small customer for them but they treat me as if I'm Mariott - always helpful and solved all my issues - I couldn't sing their praises more - my one and only piece of developmental feedback is that some of the onboarding documentation / steps are a bit out of date but it's very small issue and the team have always ben there to help me when I've run into an issue with onboarding APIs/channels. I definitely will not move to another PMS again.
Tokeet has the worst customer service. Our calendar hasn’t been syncing properly for over a month, and they just keep making excuses. I always reach out to their live chat but they never fix the issue. I’ve needed to speak with someone over the phone, but no one has called to resolve the issue.
The guy who was teaching me was very patient. I have a lot of ignorance about using the computer but he slowly taught me how to until I succeeded to carry out the computer task. Such patience cannot be found easily in all walks of life. I must give credit where it is due. Keep it up. The world is better because of folks like you.
I was in a panic mode because one of my platforms was showing obsolete rates in all my properties (one of which had a recent costly remodeled) and a guest pointed out to me the discrepancy in my rates. I initially texted Tokeet and got a horribly useless response form the automated AI auto response center. Frustrated, I requested a human . Fakhar responded and was beyond patient with me, fixing several errors that my setttings had due to my own mistakes when editing rates and spent all the time I needed until all the issues were resolved
Love Tokeet AI future. It is always available and more often than not the bot provides perfect answers I am looking for. In cases where bot does not have an answer or get confused I've had human specialist to jump right in the conversation and seamlessly take over. Also, I've had several calls with Tokeet team and found them to be professional, knowledgable and very helpful. I've been evaluating several CM solution and as far as support goes Tokeet is head and shoulders better than their competitors.
