Worst service ever
I paid for $150 Cad psn card plus $15 Cad PlayStation card
First they where late
Then I realized I made a mistake I wand $150Cad worth of PlayStation card NOT psn I asked them since they didn’t issue the voucher and I haven’t received anything yet there is still time for editing the order
They said no we don’t change
Then I asked them to cancel the order and let me redo it
They didn’t answer plus their team barely knows some English
My card issuer is Revolut I disputed the transaction and showed them proof and now they are taking care of it
First time I used this site was normal this second time is disgusting
Plus they haven’t send me anything yet tel now my order still says (Common.controlling)

I’ve been a loyal Tokenstore customer for a while and have spent around $1,000 on their platform in just one week without any issues — until now.

On October 2nd, 2025, I made another purchase and paid 84 USDT successfully. The transaction was confirmed on the blockchain and fully completed, but their system wrongly marked my order as expired.

I immediately contacted their support team and provided all payment proofs, timestamps, and transaction details. However, it’s been more than a week and they keep ignoring my emails or replying with the same generic message saying “you were not charged” — which is completely false.

This is not how a trustworthy crypto platform should treat its customers.
Checking a blockchain transaction literally takes seconds, but their team refuses to even look into it.

I’m extremely disappointed by how poorly they handle verified issues.
If their system fails to record an order, the customer shouldn’t have to pay for their own mistake.

Be careful before using Tokenstore. You might lose your funds and get zero real support.

I’m even attaching my full transaction proof below, so everyone can see who’s actually telling the truth here. All evidence clearly shows that the payment was successful — yet Tokenstore keeps denying it.

I’m updating my review because Tokenstore replied saying the issue was “resolved” and that they sent me my code.
Unfortunately, that’s not true — I haven’t received anything from them.

I purchase code from binance store and The code i can't redeem it and send you the proof 6h ago but you don't reply please i want my money
.. i show you that the code doesn't work with screen and record i buy it with my money i tell you to help me but you didn't nothing for me ..i'm not a liar i'm just someone who buy a code from you and found it not working ☺️

There service is so quick what happened to me I purchased a card without sign up but then I sent them a request with my concern and they quickly resolve my issue like with in 5 minutes there CS is so quick highly appreciate it.

i purchased 250 indian rupee steam wallet code but it was already redeemed , and support didn`t helped at all , don`t buy from them ( Scammers )

I paid $26.25 via Binance Pay for a gift card on Tokenstore.io. Payment was successful but I never received the gift card or any confirmation email. I contacted their support and got no response. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I need either the gift card or a full refund.

Woke up to find this site on my banking app and it sure as hell wasn’t me that spent that money.

Scam website. Works with scam stores as well. Whenever you see this place as a checkout - avoid. Paid them with a clothing store, never got any confirmation, not from the store or them. They don't reply when you contact them. Instant charge back. Don't know how websites like this can stay online but other websites get taken offline due to "safety".

Update: now on the day my chargeback went through, they reply. Lol. Scam website - stay far away.

They hacked into my bank account and stole money company wants closing down absolute scumbags I have proof of this in black and white on my bank statement my bank is looking into this matter do not give token store your bank details I don't know where they got my details from my card was not stolen you used my bank account details to take money from my bank account you are thieves like I said I have this in black and white this will be took further now I have good proof of what you have done

Works very well, bought 2 rewarble balance codes with crypto. arrived in mail within 10 minutes and worked every time. fees could be less though

Do not buy from Tokenstore under any circumstances. I was scammed with a PSN Gift Card; the support team never responded, and they even deleted my order history on the platform. Absolutely terrible. I don’t understand how Binance continues to list them on their Marketplace even after multiple complaints.
