I'd been let down elsewhere after out tiles were on back order for 2 months, and then I came across Total Tiles and dealt with Jack.
His communication from the start is crystal clear and comes back to you quickly. He arranged multiple samples and also checked to see if they'd arrived. He's come back with a great price and quick delivery.

Great service, quick delivery, actually a day early so lucky I was home. Nice tiles, competitive price. Not unpacked them all so hopefully they're all ok.

Ordered tiles online for a feature wall. Tiles arrived on specified day. Make sure you check all tiles within 24 hours. I had 6 tiles broken. Contacted customer service with photo of broken tiles and they sent me a new ones next day. Happy with priced, fast delivery, quality of tiles and customer service.
