I am very happy with my experience, above all with the quality of the tiles we received. The price was also very competitive, the delivery was quick, and the whole process was very easy from start to finish.
The delivery itself was excellent too. The driver kindly brought the pallet of tiles inside the garage using the pallet truck, which was extremely helpful.
On the day of delivery, I had to call customer service just to check the exact delivery time, as I needed to leave for the school run. I was also very impressed with the customer service. The person I spoke to was very helpful, checked everything for me, called me back, and kept me updated.
Overall, I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Previously experienced delivery issues with other tile companies but with Total Tiles the ordering was seamless, a delivery date was given and the tiles arrived exactly when expected. Packaged well and free from any damage. Can’t ask for anything else from a company

This is my first experience of Total Tiles and what fantastic service. All members of the team were helpful throughout the process and able to answer my questions regarding the product. Tile samples were despatched speedily and well packaged. The sample chosen is superb. Great customer service.

Amazing service and price. I had ordered these tiles through a different company and was let down. I did a search in the hope I could find something similar and still meet the original delivery date. I found the exact same tiles at a cheaper price! I ordered a full sample which cane really well packaged and quickly and placed a full order which still arrived in time to meet the original delivery date. Amazing service.

Paid for premium next day delivery. Didn’t arrive. Total Tiles reimbursed the premium delivery charge. But I’ve had to delay my works (trades no longer available for weeks). An inconvenience I didn’t expect…
