Avoid this company at all costs! Tiles are cheap. They crack and chip when breathing on them. Company ignore your complaints and try to blame the tiler. Save yourself the grief and find a reputable supplier.

Avoid at all cost. Sold me tiles which are faulty then when i contacted them i was imformed they went into administration so no chance of money back. Now down 600 for tiles 780 to get fitting and will need to start again.

Visited the showroom to select tiles for first project. But found using sample service worked well for second project. I have used Total Tiles 3 times now - advice, service and prices have always been excellent. I'd like to add a special thank you to Martin & Rachel who went the extra mile to sort out a problem when I stupidly order the incorrect shade of tiles. As they say measure twice cut once - also check the tile name twice when reordering, they can be quite similar :) - Thanks Total Tiles

Highly recommend Total Tiles. Our order was processed quickly and we were able to collect at a time that suited us. The floor tiles we ordered were great quality and there weren’t any damaged tiles in any of the packs. The tiles, adhesive and grout were all a reasonable price. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Will definitely use Total Tiles again

I placed my order with relatively little trouble. Within the hour I had a call from Martin in customer support, who had spotted an error (my error). I had ordered the wrong substrate for the type of UFH system. Error corrected with correct substrate type and a partial refund issued. Mightily impressed. Thank You Martin and Total Tiles,

I have ordered some floor tiles and received them in no time. I found out about Total Tiles on the Internet and was pleasantly surprised that I can order just a few tiles for which I have searched days and days but couldn’t order as everyone is selling just in square yard or meters.

I placed a large order, tiles got delivered Monday however was missing all the adhesive and extras. Rang TT was told they would send next day delivery. Nothing. Following Saturday tiler/plumber came to start works cannot start works as materials not arrived. Rescheduled for following weekend, rang TT to sort out was promised next day delivery again. Nothing. No dispatch information nothing. Rang TT again Thursday promised next day delivery. Friday 2 weeks after initial order, another part delivery with items still missing… again on the phone to TT… what a waste of my time and money. 2 weeks and still have completed order.

DO NOT BUY TILES!!!!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Currently my delivery is 6 days late and they have no idea when they will arrive. I’ve been told time slots every day but nothing! I’m currently on holiday and work has been booked in at my house while we were away, this has now cost me £1500 in labour price due to booking in a tiler and no materials for him to work with! The tiler is now fully booked for the next 5 weeks and this has now delayed the whole job so my family of 5 with two under the age of 3 have to come back to a building site!

I wanted to send the tiles back as they weren't white, they said I should have requested a sample first, which i didn't as I already had white ones that I had purchased from somewhere else and they didn't match. Total tiles then said I could send back but I wouldn't be refunded delivery which I paid for then I would have to pay for return shipping, so basically I would be £50 out of pocket and no tiles. So I made the decision to order more tiles so that they all match, when they came 1 and half boxes were broken and the tile fitter was here already to fit them! So I contacted them and straight away the man on the phone (jack I believe) sorted it and was sending me more. Also beware! The "white" carrara metro tiles is NOT white!! It's grey!! As you can see in photos, im very disappointed with this company to be honest and wouldn't use them again!

Very helpful with our initial equiry. Goods where delivered well packed and very quick. Minor chipped tiles where replaced straight away

But without informing me they forwarded my invoice and payment to the total tiles
And the total tiles delivered me tiles which I am unhappy with the super tile store
The tiles where poor quality and the design and pattern where of rejected tiles. I ordered porcelain but they delivered on the box mentioned ceramics tiles

I placed an order for bathroom tiles on June 6 with delivery scheduled for June 9. The tiler was booked to start work on June 11, so timing was important.

However, when I called to check on the delivery, I was told by Charlie that there had been an issue on Monday and my order was delayed — with no new delivery date available. What’s worse, I was never contacted about the delay. No email, no phone call — nothing. If I hadn’t called myself, I would’ve been left waiting with no idea what was going on.

This lack of communication has now disrupted my renovation plans and wasted my tiler’s time. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Easy to order my tiles and arrived on time and well packed

Found exactly the tiles i wanted for my bathroom vanity unit splashback (beautiful petrol glass mosaics) at a great price and they were delivered promptly. Very happy customer!

To avoid an extortionate quote for returning tiles via courier, I made a 250 mile, 5 hour round trip to return tiles personally to the Ipswich store. Tiles checked and processed, I expected the process to be straightforward, but was informed that a refund could not be given in the store and that I would have to wait up to 14 days, though was told that it usually takes 5-7 days.
I raised a query via chat on 16/05/25 regarding the order return and a spurious excuse given for trying to pay me less than a full refund. They agreed to correct the mistake they had made trying to short change me and I was rightly promised that I would be fully refunded my £282.62. Processing their initial iffy bid of £272.65 as soon as possible with a guarantee to complete the unwarranted deficit of £9.97 within 14 days.
After 17 days the £9.97 had not been returned. I raised an official complaint and expected a response within 48 hours. With no response on day 3 I contacted them again.
I stated that it appears to me that as soon as enquiries about a refund or replacement were made I have had to endure an inexcusable and derisive attitude that I was now very tired of.
With a mission statement that quotes, "helpful people and effortless, inspirational e-commerce." I expected more.
06/06/25 - Now 28 days after returning the tiles I am still waiting to be fully reimbursed.
Why would any store treat customers this way?
