They advertise free spins and free bets when depositing £10 .. placed numerous bets of £10 and over , but because my very first bet was an e/w they never sent me the spins or the free bet .. something very dodgy about this site ..

I placed a bet on Brave Display to get a place. I’d clicked on the place option, so I was expecting £53. The bet was registered as to win so I got nothing. Online chat was no help so I’ve closed the account.

Opened an account. Deposited £50, wbuilt my way up to £400, put a bet on for £514 return, it wouldn't settle after winning. Contacted team, was told bet was late and they voided my bet with no further explanation. Attempted to place another bet then found I had a £1 max bet limit on my account and was again told no further explanation and I can make a complaint. Have just withdrawn the £400 so let's see how long this takes. This was all within less than 24 hours of opening the account. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company is despicable.

They constantly annoy with their warnings about how they will intervene when you reach certain deposit thresholds. Even when I provided all of my information after £1500 of deposits over a few months, they kept bothering me over and over. Every time I complied yet they’d be back a couple of weeks later again.

All I had was a monthly loss limit of £500 yet they still wanted to know more about me as if I was on a dating site with them!

After the fourth intervention they just closed my account without giving any reasons. They did not even return the cash value of the promotions I had earned the previous week.

I have requested a DSAR which they are obliged to send me by law and will expose them further when I receive it.

Shocking customer care and was told by 5 different agents 5 different things with regards to claiming my bonus of £40.
Total chaos in their admin team,no consistency and very dishonest.
Placed my qualifying bet of £10 and was told I have qualified to receive their £40 bonus and to wait 24 hours.
5 agents later and 5 days later and 5 different responses I finally was told that my initial £20 bet didn't qualify for the bonus yet the previous agent said I qualified yet had to wait.2nd agent said I didn't qualify for the full £40 3rd agent said I've qualified for promo and to wait 48 hours 4th agent said sorry for any inconvenience but we will honour your £40 bonus.5th agent said apologies but you never placed a £10 bet to qualify initially when my initial bet was £20..... Oh and the £40 is made up of a 100 spins on big bass bonanza what a Saga!!
The betting site itself is very difficult to navigate and doesn't save your selections to betting slip if you back out of a page to select another betting option which is beyond frustrating plus the actual options for different multiples are very limited and almost impossible to find if they are their at all.
Don't be fooled like I was to claim a quick £40 free bets because it won't be happening but if you are one of the Lucky ones that does receive any bonuses then good luck trying to place a bet or navigate this awful betting site.
