My 3 masks arrived in good time
My 3 masks arrived in good time, were neatly packaged, and look great. Easy to adjust to fit right as well. My husband was a little hesitant about the design but I assured him it was for a good cause. Our son happily took his and I love mine.

Lack of pre purchase communication
I made an enquiry online and called the mobile listed on your page however, I had not received a reply.
Even though I ended up placing an order as I felt the pre purchase communication could be greatly improved.
