Everything about the service was great. Easy to use website to place an order. Personal contact from George so I knew I could trust him. High quality copying of tapes to digital formats. All tapes returned safely and quickly. Thank you George!

Great service, super quick, thanks a lot.

Contacted to transfer 3 very old VHS-C tapes for my dad's 70th. Communication was brilliant and the tapes were tuned around and back to me in less than a week, this was even with mould removal. Delighted with the service and would highly recommend.

Managed to transfer audio from badly worn/damaged late 1940s 78 rpm record my late father made whilst stationed in Germany after the war that I had come across. George did a very quick turnaround as I was passing through on a touring holiday in Scotland (too precious to trust the post with it). Very emotional hearing my father's voice again after 31 years! Thank you George

You can tell a good company when things go wrong how much effort they put into putting it right, and George at transfer audio did an outstanding job of rectifying and issue that went wrong and he did it straight away without any hesitation.
This is the only company that I would use to do any audio transfer related stuff for me they did an outstanding job.

Really excellent service. Quick, efficient and reasonable.

Smooth transaction and quick turnaround. The sound quality on cassette to CD transfer is really clear even with my old recordings. I'm really pleased with the service.

Many thanks to George - only wish i could give more than five stars. I made an email enquiry, to George, on Monday evening concerning the possibility & cost of an Album to CD transfer and by the following Sunday morning i received the 2 CD's. The turnaround time was Fantastic, the quality was Amazing, the service was Outstanding. Many thanks again George.

Excellent and quick service. I recommend.

George kept me updated every step of the way and transferred a very old gramophone record (of relatives) to a cd for me. I cannot fault his service at all which is really refreshing these days. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants their music transferred to a more up to date method of listening or to preserve very old music. Huge thanks to George

All my questions were answered before any payment changed hands, giving me confidence in the service. The end result was way beyond what I expected and I can now listen to my old cassette, crystal clear, on my mobile phone. Thanks George, much appreciated

Sent George my minidiscs for transfer to CD and USB and now have my discs and USB back with me within the space of a week or so. Very happy with the quality and artwork of the CDs and have no hesitation in recommending George to anyone who wants a quality job done at a fair price. Ken Darby.

Excellent service from start to finish. George was really helpful with regards to my request. I would definitely use again if needed and would recommend him to friends and family.

Outstanding service. After finally tracking down an old cassette audiobook, I contacted Transfer Audio for advice. George was very helpful, telling me things I did not need to do. I sent the tapes and received the download link in a few days. The noise reduction was excellent - very much less hiss, but a good frequency range. I’d recommend TA for digitisation of old media without any hesitation.

I posted my cassette to Transferaudio on the Thursday and received a call to confirm receipt on the Friday and the Cassette back on the Sunday! First class communication and service and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I wanted to get an old C60 audio cassette copied across onto a pen drive. I contacted Transfer Audio on Chat and on email to discuss my situation and I found them very helpful and responsive.
I posted my cassette to them and they turned it around in good time and sent it back to me.
Beyond that, I feel that their service is very good value for money and I'd recommend them to others.

Fantastic service. Sent my tape by registered post. Had a message to say it had been received. Had a telephone call to clarify exactly what I wanted. CDs dispatched and received back the following day. Excellent service, would recommend Transfer Audio to anyone.

Very efficient and friendly service, would highly recommend this company. Transferred some family audio from 1963 to digital format for us without this service we would never have heard this material. Grateful.

Fantastic service, they had great communication with me, good prices and a quick turn around

Very efficient and fair price. It was enjoyable to deal with George. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future
