Ordering online with Travelex was FAIRLY easy given that I'm not computer or tech savvy. What did confuse me was an email to say my purchase was ready for me to pick up (five days early) but not before the date stipulated previously, which was in five days time. Anyway, the staff member I dealt with (five days later) was a lovely, friendly and professional lady. I recommend their services.

The travelex web page was relatively good to use for ordering my cash but the follow up email had me a little confused as it said my currency was available to collect but then it also said they would send a follow-up email to say when it was ready to collect so I was a little unsure whether I was waiting for a follow up email or not however I did get the follow up email when it was ready for collection. The only other thing I would say was it would’ve been good to be able to maybe have an option to order what my Currency amounts were as I had two large notes and a few small notes but would’ve preferred slightly less large notes of value as I only ordered a small amount altogether anyway just a thought I had when I collected my money.

Your security is so good I had trouble…
Your security is so good I had trouble topping up my account. Moreover, the banks security is very tight too...using SIM card makes for a trying time to receive verification codes..maybe Travellers should be made aware of that fact. Otherwise, the card is easy to use and reliable.

Efficient service
Efficient service. Exchange rate/cost was not too excessive. The money was available several days before the time I was initially told.
My only real criticism was the inability to select the bills I wanted online. I needed small denomination bills for tipping, purchases in markets etc in Africa so getting almost only USD100 and USD50 bills was a pain. The branch at which I collected it could help only by swapping 100 for 50s, nothing smaller.
