I would definitely give 5 stars for service and professionalism, although it would be a 4 star level from a touristic point of view if compared with luxurious hajj packages (luxury should not be the thing to look for in Hajj). I was on a standard package and happy with that, except for the fact that we were not exposed to the same religious guidance by dr Khalid Khan as the premium group. This was the only disadvantage during the trip. Apart from this we were really lucky to have Dr Khalid as religious lead as the most important factor to look for on choosing a travel group for Hajj is their committment to Sunnah, which was perfectly the case with doctor Khalid and Travel Express. Otherwise you will end up missing many of the Hajj rituals to save time and effort as happens with many travel groups, moreover you will not be able to find answers and fatwa for questions as and when they arise which is very frequent during Hajj, and you definitely would want answers in accordance with Sunnah.
I would definitely recommend Travel Express for all colleagues and friends and would go straight to them if I am repeating this sacred journey inshaa Allah

We went with them for Hajj in 2019 and had booked the double premium package. I am pleased to say they delivered every step of the way, however, there were a few operational issues in KSA which were out of their control e.g. Hajj ministry and etc. Our religious guide was Dr. Khalid Khan and in retrospect, we were extremely lucky to have him with us, as his lectures and durus were very balanced and helpful.
The group leaders were very helpful throughout the journey and I'd give them full marks in mannerisms.

They often went out of their way to arrange transport and meals for us even when they were not part of the original package (e.g. our Aziza half board was converted to full board with no additional cost..happy days!)

Definitely, recommend them to others, may Allah accept all our prayers and Ibada.

My experience was very good. There was some difficulties on the way, which were Alhamdullillah rectified, but overall I was happy with the travel group and genuinely would recommend others to go with Travel Express in the future for Hajj and Umrah, inshaaAllah.

I was on my own with my husband from Edinburgh and I was getting worried to be on my own. Travel express staff and guides were amazing and very helpful and the group I was with were very supportive of me when I was ill. Next time I go in will use travel express again. I recomend travel express for hajj.

The start was really good, very professional i was given what i wanted on paper. Taha was very helpful when i was purchasing the package and kept checking on me. The main issue came with company who i was told will be looking after my transport. When i was suppose to leave to medina from Makkah i was first told we will leave in morning to which i said i prefer afternoon but he advised due to traffic we must leave early. 1 day before the guy whose name was Ahsan called and said driver will b e with me by 2, this was because the driver would have come back from medina by that time, i didnt moan too much as i always wanted to leave in afternoon. I checked out at 2 but there was no sign of the driver when called he said hes running late as he is driving back from medina and will be with me by 3. kept waiting and finally it was 4pm and the driver said to me that he cant get to my hotel due to traffic and rain, and advised me to get a taxi out of the hotel to him. I was a bit annoyed but i took the taxi and by the time i got to the driver it was 5.30. We then set off to medina and reached medina around 10. By this time i had missed maghrib and Ishah Salah and the entire day was used up in me travelling. I couldnt really do anything in makkah or medina which was a waste of day. When i was to go to the airport from Medina, i had to contact the company myself to ask them who will be coming and when, thy asked me what time my flight was and i told him 12pm, they sent me a driver the night before as he thought it was 12 midnight, i spoke with the guy who came and he said tht he will come in the morning. Morning came and i got a message from Ahsan who seemed to be the main guy dealing with my transport and said he will b with me in 10 min and at the same time i was being told by the guy who came the night before that he is on his way. There was no communication between them 2 and both arrived at hotel, eventually Ahsan told me to go with the other guy and he himself left. And the guy who i went with to the airport was a taxi, it wasnt a private car as i was told.

My point is i paid a lot of money, i should have had better service and more proffesional. Based on the transport experience in Saudi unfortunately i would not recommend this to anyone.
