At one point we got cut off and even though this was at the end of the booking and the deposit payment paid he phone back immediately to make sure everything had been covered. Would deffinately recommend.

Our booking experience online had difficulties but once we spoke to Valerie Burton, we met excellent service. We were able to get the booking arranged as we wanted it and Valerie exceeded our expectations throughout. A really enjoyable experience.

At busy times can be very difficult to contact. But at less busy times are very efficient and professional. Very helpful and nothing too much trouble either booking a holiday or asking for additional information after holiday is booked. Have had 5 easyjet holidays in the previous 3 years all booked through this company.
