We've dealt with Travel Solutions Network Ltd. on a number of occasions, for our most recent booking we dealt with Vicki, who was exceptional. Vicki was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely efficient, she went out of her way to help us through the booking process. Excellent customer service, very impressed with the service from Vicki.

Valarie Burton was our travel advisor. She was extremely helpful in arranging special assistance for our children ensuring the process was seamless. She was patient and able to answer questions during the process. Thank you again!

We booked a holiday through travel solutions back in February to Tenerife with Valerie and she was great and so helpful . We have just got back from our holiday this week and wanted to book again so there was only one option and that was to email Valerie because she was so helpful and we wanted to thank her for all her help and let her know what a great holiday we had. I found speaking to Valerie easy when ever we had a question prior holiday than speaking to easy jet direct . We booked our holiday to Venice with Adam Hallsworth from the travel solutions team, he was absolutely superb, nothing to much trouble. He went out of his way to find out extra information and his communication was spot on. Great help and a friendly guy.

Really struggling to get hold of this company to talk aboit my holiday. The staff are very friendly but once you are able to get hold of them. I just get some music then an automatic response saying sorry that everyone is busy and to call back later. Taken me 2 days of this now.

We tried to book on line without success. I rang and spoke to Daniel who was very friendly and professional. He sorted everything out for me and i am very grateful.
