June 2019 booked holidays for 4 of us, paid extra for 2 separate rooms with 2 twin beds, we had to pay some taxes which I never had to pay before (I tend to go on holidays every year and haven't paid any taxes even though I have been to Turkey before) anyways we got to turkey had to wait couple of hours for the transfer and couple hours of travelling, Finally got to the hotel which was in the early hours of the morning.

We were seen by the hotel owner who was not at all impressed as he had to wait up to check us In which was around 02:30am Upon arrival he had asked for our passports, as he saw our red passport he rolled his eyes in such a way that you felt out of place and you can tell straight away that he was annoyed at the fact that we were from UK, he then put the 4 of us in a family room with another tiny room attached. I had said no that’s not what we booked and showed him the accommodation paper that we had actually booked 2 individual rooms with twin beds, he wasn’t having none of it and told us straight up if we don’t like we can f** k o**ff. elsewhere and bare in Mind it was early hours in the morning. He also stated that my holiday agent had booked a family room instead of 2 separate rooms, which made me think that the travel agent that I used to book the hotel gave incorrect information.(Your holidays agent lied to you- said by the hotel owner) The hotel owner then remarked at saying "this is why I hate English, British people". By that time I already had my phone on video recording to record our conversation, as I wasn't agreeing to what he was saying and the remarks he was making about British people made me feel awkward and his behaviour was a bit odd. Anyway we got into the room and first thing we noticed was the sockets were hanging out, one off the sockets was broken and was underneath the pillow which prevented us from staying in one of the single bed, the room had 3 single beds and a double bed in the other room which was broken, On top of that one of the boys had a shower and the water wasn't even draining which meant noone else was able to have a shower and the water was overflowing. I made a video of all that for my record as the owner stated nothing is wrong with the shower and the water is draining fine. We had No access to WiFi. I had contacted my holiday agency and asked them if they can find us alternative place and they literally refused I even said this guy is racist and we have proof. The Travel angency must of informed the hotel and he started to threaten all of us and I kept on emailing my holiday agency to get us out of here ASAP as we were being target for no apparent reason, we had asked the agency to provide us with an alternative accomadation and they said they can’t find any other hotels which was not true.

We then started to look for accomdtion elsewehere as we could no longer stay in the hotel, we had looked at few hotels nearby they all had rooms available. I emailed my travel agent and stated that the fact they can’t find a hotel for us because apparently all hotels were full so I said I’ll pay for it but as long as I get my money back they said I won’t be getting nothing back. Also to add to the list our phone charger went missing, room hadn't been cleaned during our stay and was also charged £60 to use air conditioning which we didnt ask for, we had asked for fans as that is what I had booked but wasn’t provided With one.

My travel agent was kept saying they’re in touch with travel agent from turkey and they’ll sort my accommodation out which they didn’t.. Upon arriving back to the UK I logged a complaint with the holiday agent they forward my complained to the holidays agent in turkey in response from them they confirmed NO CONTACT WAS MADE from travelsoon but I was been lied yet again by travelsoon, i provided them with a copy of the recording and they had promised to respond within 28 days which never happened. The hotel owner had seen the video and wasn’t happy about it.

When I had logged onto the trip advisor to leave a review all I read was " None of this review is not true.
It is only to discredit our country and our home policy of the BritishAll lies.Very shameful.Before the British have learn to respect the rules of our country and our hotel" the comnents have been copied and pasted numerous times, they being racist that’s why they leaving negative review, when my video proves that he’s the one that is racist and TRAVELSOON is on the hotel side even though I got all the video evidence and I contacted them on the very first day but that’s not good enough and still on the hotel side so I guess the next step is legal action and I am taking them to court because we were looking forward to a relaxing holidays which wasn't in our case all thanks to travelsoon who managed to successfully ruined our holidays.

I have used Travelsoon for the last 2 years and I am travelling with them again this year, Customer Service is so friendly and helpful , I had a little problem with my hotel last year and it was soon sorted after a brief call to customer service. I just can't praise them highly enough.

I am not a frequent-flyer so I had many questions regarding the destination, area, weather, food etc. I found Roxie to be very accommodating with my needs which has made me feel like traveling is a lot less complicated than I thought. so i would like to thank Roxie for her great customer service

Booked a holiday with this company, travelsoon rang me with in an hour ans half of booking to advise, the booking was unsuccessful and wanted me to pay a extra £150

Excellent service throughout. Needed to make an amendment and nothing was too much trouble. Spoke to a lady called sue in admin and she could not have been more helpful. Will definitely book another holiday with Travelsoon In future.

Just returned back from our holiday in Fuerteventura that I booked through Travelsoon. We paid a great price for 5 nights all inclusive, flights, transfers etc. The information on their website was totally accurate as to what we were getting.

I have to say I was nervous when I read the reviews on the company but to be honest they were fantastic. Dealt with a lady called Gillian who was totally professional, rang us back when promised and arranged everything for us. Paperwork arrived, everything in order and everything went to plan. Transfers arrived, luggage booked, hotel exactly as we expected. Just brilliant.

We booked a holiday after the collapse of Thomas Cook. On booking the holiday with Travelsoon and given our payment card details i was told there was an extra charge of £152 for Air Passenger Duty i disputed this amount but was told that was on his screen and had to be paid! he said he would check with the office on the monday.
The actual amount for Air Passenger Duty according to Gov UK for the EU is £13 per person on the outward flight only for economy class or £26 per person for standard class
When we rang on the monday to complain again we were told it would take 7 days to investigate, when Sue from customer services did eventually ring i was told in no circumstances I would not have my money back! she was very obnoxious and rude not allowing me to talk. to cut a long story short after months of phone calls disputing this we finally arrived at £100 refund after reporting them to ATOL and the card company and after a good few weeks it was finally refunded to our card.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY obviously they were in the wrong, they tried everything they could to hold on to our money. Hanging the phone up on me, pretending they weren't in the office when minutes before i had spoken to her, the worse was when i got through after giving her my name and she kept saying Hello Hello before hanging up. No apology has been received or offered.

Weekend booked with the girls... arrived in Marbella. Waiting outside the airport for over an hours for our transfer to pick us up!! Contacted the emergency numbers which they provide you in the paperwork... arrived at Marbella airport on time ... paperwork states transfer will pick us up ... had plenty of time to depart the aircraft and outside but no one turned up!!! Had to pay for a taxi to Marbella that cost €130. Returned back complained to Travlesoon in August ... in regards to a refund... everything is by email ... on a month by month basis which is absolutely ludicrous!! They have fob me off with so many excuses ... they booked the transfer for when the plane actually landed... they provided the transfer company with a in correct telephone number so therefore the driver could not contact us... they are absolutely useless .... AVOID AVOID AVOID.... terrible service ... you ask them via email what's the compalint procedure to the ombudsman they dont reply ... therefore I have no option other than going to the media and watchdog... this company needs to shut down with immediate effect!!!!

Please be very aware.
I had an awful experience, enclosed evidence.
Waited a month for a reply and they played the whole thing down.
I do not and will not be using Travelsoon again.

We had a fantastic deal and service from Travelsoon. Flights, hotel, car hire and airport parking for just over £1600 for four! They even sorted out new flights for us when Thomas Cook crashed and they beared the extra costs! Would definitely book with Travelsoon again, highly recommend.

worst experience i ever had. booked as wanted to get my little family away and always used first choice. do not get fool you believe you re paying fpr a great deal but the reality is different. went to a 4* stars hotel lol, a 2* stars will be a performence. we paid all inclusive and you have to pay for the water, nothing even to charge your phone you need to pay. custumer services are friendly no even a smile and the staff are rude.
Travelsoon arent a honest company and how they still exist is beyond belief but personally i made sure on my return to expose this company as i want people to get my revview and warm them to ensure they go seek deal somewhe else.

Initial advisor very helpful but after booking things went downhill, had to change flights due to a bereavement but no help from company so arranged new flights ourselves but charged us to change transfer time, (would have been cheaper to get taxi) return flights an extra €175 for baggage and booking in with no pre warning from travelsoon, on return emailed complaints with no reply, sucker you in with cheap prices then leave you ship wrecked
