Ordered in September, still not received, no reply to email and no refund of £18. Disgusting company. DO NOT ORDER

Another rubbish company not fulfilling there orders. Placed mine back in July.. yes July and chased numerous times, still not received my goods or refund.
Don't order anything from them.

Ordered an item that was confirmed on 3 September but I have yet to receive it and when I emailed the company asking where my order was, they did not respond.

Avoid, they say the item is free but to pay for carriage of £3.99. The money comes out of your account but you do not see the goods. Ordered a chain in July still not received end of October. Stay away they are robbing people.

I ordered in August, got a confirmation email 14th August to say the order had been processed and I am still awaiting delivery today (18th October).
I have tried emailing the company to ask them where my order is providing them with my order confirmation details and had no reply.
From reading other reviews I would suggest this website it a scam site and they are just looking to take your money, not deliver your product, not reply to your emails and not issue you with a refund.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.
If you fancy your chances ordering with them, pay via PayPal and then if you do not receive your item you can open a dispute with them and hopefully reclaim your money.
Quite frankly, the company needs shutting down.

i never received the item i paid for and got no response from the emails i sent to them, so i had to get a refund through paypal, please dont order from them

Received a code for a free item just had to pay post and packaging and never received it

Ordered something over 2 months ago and it never came. They don't reply to my emails either, so now going through Paypal for a refund. Shockingly bad.

Avoid this shower - nothing more than a con.

I ordered up two items in mid July. One was a bracelet and one was a customised keyring The bracelet arrived after about 4 weeks, the keyring still has not arrived. Luckily I paid by Paypal, and put in a claim a week ago. Paypal obviously also had no success in contacting them, as I have received my money back.

I would never use again, as you can not be sure you will get the items you have ordered. They never respond to emails so you have no idea what is happening to your order.

Stay away!!! Would have had no stars if possible. Over a month and nothing has come. No response to my email to them either!

Very disappointed. Ordered from these in June and surprise, surprise...no goods and no responses to my emails. Like many others, wish i had done a bit of research before parting with money. Avoid.

Avoid at all costs!! Ordered an item and paid for it beginning of July, two and half months later still no sign of it! Appalling customer service, they don't even care to reply to emails. Scam company!

If they could be given zero stars it would be appropriate.

Order placed in summer, no response to emails, item not arrived. Email received saying dispatched on 29th August. Now way past 7-10 days schedule from email and still not arrived.

PayPal have refunded fortunately.
