Item not recieved, and I have not recieved responses to any of my efforts to make contact. From a lot of research I believe this company is acting to defraud people and has previously been running the same scam under different company names.

Shocking company. I have sent several emails and have not yet received a reply. Nearly three months i have been waiting for my item. Please avoid

Tresabox and Spotify is a scam. They have a top class website where they offer items free of charge, provided you pay the postage of £3.99 but nothing ever arrives. They have an email address to write to them if your goods don't arrive from which they then write back to confirm despatch of your order, stating the goods will arrive in 5 to 7 days. Nothing still arrives so you write again, this time they just ignore you. They appear to be working on the basis that nobody will bother about the loss of £3.99, they just collect a lot of £3.99s, don't provide any goods and get their money that way.
Some of the goods are shown as Swarovski, I doubt whether Swarovski have ever supplied them. It is time Trading Standards got their act together and close these people down.

Disgusting company. Purchase at your own risk I will not be. My item (Harry Potter cushion) for a birthday present never came, I emailed on several occasions and heard nothing back and there’s no other information on them. Scam springs to mind unfortunately

So happy my custom necklace came in the post today. Its lovely thanks so much. Took 4 weeks or more to get it. If the offers still on i'm going to get more as gifts.

So cheap I got a link bracelet. Took 3weeks to get but all I paid was postage so no complaints.

Useless company. suggest you avoid
Their website looks lovely and the speed at which they take payment is amazing. There the good review ends. It takes WEEKS to even find out if you are going to get anything. They eventually send you a dispatch email, telling you that your goods are on their way via "express delivery". Where from? Neptune? 3-5 days they promise, and 3 weeks later I am still waiting. No response to emails. I will NOT be ordering from them again. Seems cheap, but I feel cheated.

Awful company and I would not be surprised if they were a fake business. I purchased two items on different occasions neither of which arrived. They ignore you contacting them and only have a contact email. There is no company information on them. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
