Slow, last minute, unorganized- rude
Waited past the deadline for in stock shipping to process awards. Run a business as wait until last minute instead of getting orders out quickly. Issued a refund in full but delivered snarky messages. I spend $50k a year on trophies, and by far the worst vendor I have encountered

We are very disappointed to read this review, as we do not believe it fairly reflects either what happened or how the matter was handled.
Although the materials for these awards were shown as in stock, the awards themselves are made and personalised to order. Our advertised production lead time was clearly displayed when the order was placed. Unfortunately, once the customer realised this timeframe would not meet their event date, they politely requested a cancellation.
We agreed immediately and issued a full refund that same morning. Having reviewed the correspondence, all messages from our team were polite and clear.
We completely understand the disappointment of discovering that an order cannot be completed in time for an event. However, describing us as the “worst vendor” encountered, after we immediately provided a full refund, feels neither accurate nor fair.

Very poor job, no care for detail or precision
The trophy was not expertly assembled. The top part of the glass was glued on crooked, and there is a great deal.of dried glue residue on the base.
It was advertised as "laser engraved" but really, the words are just decals or screen printing on the glass. The card emblem is glued on and the glue glob is visible from the back. At the very least I want a new one sent ASAP fre of charge, express shipped, as this one is not presentable.

We are sorry that you were unhappy with the trophy you received.
As soon as you contacted us, we issued a full refund without question and did not ask you to return the trophy. We therefore feel it is important to clarify that the matter was resolved promptly and entirely at our cost before this review was posted.
The wording on this particular award is applied using the manufacturer’s specialist printing process rather than being engraved into the glass itself. However, we fully accepted that the finish of the item you received was not satisfactory, which is why a complete refund was provided immediately.
We always take product-quality concerns seriously and believe our response in this case was both swift and fair.
Great service, never had an issue
I've used Trophy Monster multiple times over the last 4 years.
Each time they've sent out the ordered products within plenty of time of our event. I've never had an issue and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Your trophies are really good and we have ordered from you for last three years. Alas this year order just received we had to refit the brass plates on correct trophies as they were wrong .We did ring to report it wont prevent us from using your services again it was just annoying

Run Breckland Bespoke Medals
Run Breckland is a small charity events company putting on affordable runs from 2K to full marathons. For our smaller events, to keep prices down we use Trophy Monster for bespoke acrylic medals. Our runners love these as they are always good quality with sharp colours. Their design team are always happy to work with us to accommodate any changes required. A great company and continue to use them for our medals.
