Have a true decadence ladies pink playsuit with ruffle sleeves. You cannot lift your atms in this garment at all. Its a faulty design and at 70 quid an expensive mistake!

Ordered a dress from this website, I’d had my eye on it for a while.
The delivery was good. However when opening the package and trying on the dress you would not think it was worth £165. The finishing is appalling, the material is not worthy of the price.
I will be returning it. Though looking at these current reviews I don’t think is going to be an easy process to return it.

No one is answering to my mail and my package is lost.

Company is good to use. Order was shipped quickly. Kept me updated about my order status. Easy to return. Cause item didn't fit me I sent it back the notification about the refund I expected sooner and it took a bit longer. Order placed on the 7th of January, parcel arrived the 11th. Sent it back on the 12th. The notification about the refund received on the 24th of January.

I haven’t even received my order. There’s not even concrete tracking information

Appalling customer service - no response at all to e mails or social media and sent several emails/messages - unable to get any information on sizing or products and now querying a return as dress sent back but no response - account says no order - generally avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still no dress . Communication was disgraceful. Took over a week to reply to an email . Dont collab with influencers or do Black Friday deals of you cant keep up with demand. Understand postal strikes but no excuse for the lack of communication. Will never buy again. The dress wont be here for my event and will probably be charged customs . Then have to send it back and hope i get a refund which seems impossible considering the lack of help so far . Sort it out !

Trying to get a refund for a poor quality dress - please don’t waste your time or money using this company

AVOID this company at all costs. I ordered a co-ord in a size 10 for a wedding. The top was fine but the skirt was too big. I had to pay to send it back so it cost me £5.50. I was waiting for email confirmation of my return item and chased customer service but got no reply. They do not do exchanges and so I was awaiting my refund before ordering the smaller size. Three weeks later and I finally have a response telling me they are still processing the refund. The skirt has now gone OUT OF STOCK. So I’m stuck with a top from a co-ord and no skirt. So it’s not going to cost ME to return the top!! So it will have cost me £10 to shop with True Decadence and I don’t even have an outfit for the wedding. Disgusting customer service. Don’t waste your time shopping with them.

My dress was faulty as the zip didn’t work and i am still waiting for a response after more than a week of first initially contacting truedecadence. So once you have seen this please respond to my emails!

Ordered two dresses in different colours and sizes for my girlfriend. Came really quickly and in great packaging. She loved both but the small was just a little too tight, so I sent the other back and got a refund in a couple of days. Very happy customer

I tried to return a package to true decedence (at my expense) and Royal Mail sent it back as the address was incorrect although it’s the one they state on website, I tried emailing their customer care email address of my problem and no answer. The item I needed to return was £130 and zero communication. This is unacceptable and I’m sure it’s illegal not to allow customers to return items. I’m shocked and disgusted!

Dress did not arrive after two weeks. No response from customer services via email and no refund given. Will not use again.

Fit well, great quality

The ice blue king satin arrived on time and well packaged. I am pleased to advise the dress fitted very well although I did need to have it taken up five inches even when wearing heels
I am 5 ft 5ins tall so it was long for me but ideal for someone taller
Maybe you could do two lengths?
I received many compliments when I wore my dress to a ball on the style and colour and at £80 it was good value

I am so in love with this dress! I wore it for a wedding and it got me so many compliments 🥰🥰
The colour and the fabric are so nice, and the cut is superb! It's a good mix if you want to show some skin but not too much.
As for the sizing, I would recommend buying one size up, because the dress is very form-fitting.
One thing only is that even the smallest stain or mark will show up on the dress, so you must be very careful with it.
Lastly, the product was shipped right away and arrived very quickly from the UK to where I live (continental Europe), which I was very impressed with!

Quality of the dress was just as photographed. Delivery was quick and the package was neatly wrapped, keeping the item very safe. Very happy with my purchase and experience with true decadence, I will definitely buy from them again!
